The condo itself offers a private, covered terrace with patio furniture and a view of Lake Carillon and the gulf beyond. Decorated with soothing tones, wood trim and coastal-inspired artwork, this beach unit displays all the trademark style for which Florida is known. Everything is here to make your stay relaxing, including a kitchen with breakfast bar with seating for four guests and a comfortable and luxurious bedding configuration featuring a primary sleeping space with king bed and bathroom with a shower / tub combination. The inviting open concept space includes two Smart TVs (one in the bedroom area and one in the living area), free Wi-Fi and central air conditioning. The living area houses a sleeper sofa providing additional sleeping space. Outside you’ll discover the covered, private lanai where you can enjoy alfresco dining any time of the day while taking in spectacular views. A short walk away will lead you to the shared amenities of Carillon Beach which include seven beach walkovers, four swimming pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court, children’s play area, shopping and dining.

The Carillon Beach Inn is a 70 unit boutique condominium complex. The one-bedroom units contain a bedroom, sitting area and kitchenette. The inn is located on Lake Carillon, at the entrance to Downtown Carillon Beach, and between the Sunrise and Sunset Condominiums and the Carillon Beach Rentals Office. Owners and occupants of the inn units are entitled to use all of the amenities of Carillon Beach as well as the Resort Swimming Pool. Carillon Beach amenities include four additional pools (one beachside), tennis courts, playground areas and a basketball court. There are eight individual beach walkovers for easy beach access.

There is no construction going on in the condo but there is construction on the grounds that may lead to some noise pollution during the day. Construction workers must abide by quiet hours.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Two beach towels provided.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash chute.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep bed turned down; place any used towels in the bathroom.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
