Bella Vita Beach House in Port Aransas, Texas is located on Mustang Island in the Gulf of Mexico. A spectacular location on 11th Street in the heart of Port Aransas near the beach, shops, and restaurants. This house is in the golf cart riding zone. It is located about 1 block from the beach or a 60 second golf cart ride. Use the sidewalks to walk, bike, or run on.

You can rent a golf cart from one of the many companies just a short walk from our house or ask us directly about renting our 4-person golf cart or e-bikes for your stay. You will have access to our private heated pool with colored LED light. The palapa makes you feel like you're at a resort. Our property also offers a ChargePoint car charger to recharge your EV.

We provide bed linens, bath & beach towels, and basic toiletries (Bath soap, Shampoo, Conditioner).

It’s one of the few houses with a ground level living area, which means no stairs on the 1st floor. Total 3 bedrooms/ 3 full baths. Featuring 2 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room on the ground floor with a separate, private entry upstairs area featuring a full kitchen, 1 bedroom, one full bath, and living room with a pull-out couch. Flat screen Smart TVs in every bedroom and living rooms. Roku on each TV so you can log into your streaming accounts. Washer/dryer front loaders are located on 1st floor/ground level space.

Bella Vita is in the heart of Port Aransas, so you are close to all of the fun. We have lots of beach items that are free to use. Also, an uncovered outdoor shower is available to wash the sand off after hitting the beach. Port Aransas, Texas is located on Mustang Island in the Gulf of Mexico for those unfamiliar with the area. The town is known for it’s great fishing, beautiful drivable beach for miles, and wildlife like dolphins, birds, and turtles.

This property was absolutely perfect and as described in listing. House is equipped with anything and everything you can possibly need during your stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the pool area is perfect. You literally do not have to bring anything with you as everything was provided or available to rent. The house is very close to all areas and close to beach as well. We will definitely stay here again if it is available

Great place to stay in Port A! Clean, spacious with the upstairs apartment. Manager was very responsive and cared about our experience. The pool in the back was the icing on the cake. The whole house was very well stocked and we had everything we needed. We will be back.

Excellent Stay

Bella Vita Beach house was perfect for our family. Janet was amazing and even left a note with a pie in the fridge welcoming us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need including pots, pans, spices and utensils for every need. Which is a big deal when you are trying to cook meals for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful experience with the rental. The hosts were checking on us and made sure everything went well. The house was stocked with everything needed from pots and pans to board games. The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was great, very close to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay and will look for this rental again when we stay in Port Aransas!

Family Vacation

I highly recommend this property for any Port Aransas stay. The home was super accommodating to my family. On site golf carts and E Bikes (extra cost but way worth it)! Host constantly checking in on us to make sure we were having a good stay and if there was anything they could do for us. Their response was always super quick if there was anything. The “apartment” upstairs was wonderful for me, my husband, and newborn baby. Gave us a quiet space away from family chaos when needed LOL!! 10/10 recommend this property and will be staying here again in the future!!

Above and beyond!

This was the best beach rental we have ever stayed in. The host thought of everything! Coffee, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fully stocked! A multi charger in every room! Streaming tvs in every room. Access to plenty of beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything. Check in and out instructions very clear! And the heated pool - cherry on top! The best part. And yes the pie was de-lish!

Awesome!

There was nothing about our stay we didn’t like. From the start Jeremy was on it and communication was great. Any questions I had he responded quickly. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The separate suite upstairs is a nice touch. It’s very unique to have everything downstairs. In our group, we have a friend that doesn’t do stairs well so this was so nice. It was close to the beach. Their pool is so cute and very private. So nice to have a heated pool!! Very comfortable beds as well. We are already planning to stay here in jan! Would totally recommend!!

Amazing Property & Amazing Host!!

The property was very clean and was stocked with everything that was needed for our group. The location was amazing and right in the thick of all the best restaurants and activities that Port A has to offer. The heated pool was a MAJOR plus and was very clean. The host was always responsive and had great communication when we reached out. Check in and check out process was smooth. I would recommend this property to anybody that is spending time in Port A. 10/10 and will be looking to re-book this property in the future.

Great Family Option

Our host was fantastic and quick to respond at all times! The home was very clean, the pool was perfect, and the location was convenient to everything! We cooked a few nights and then drove around on the golf cart for a few meals as well. We loved the shaded pool all morning and spent hours at the beach every afternoon/ evening. My 5 year old also loved hunting for ghost crabs at night on the beach! We had a great vacation and hope to get back soon! Would highly recommend this house and especially this host!

THE Perfect Spot

Everything about our stay at Bella Vita was perfect. They had everything we needed plus more - the outdoor private shower was a perfect, the pool was amazing. There was sand in it when we arrived (no big deal) but were pleasantly surprised when the guy came to clean the pool the next morning. It’s in a perfect location. The owners were great and very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We’d love to stay again!

The name, translating to "Beautiful Life" in Italian, perfectly encapsulates the essence of our beloved home. Our vision for Bella Vita goes beyond the conventional idea of a vacation rental; it's an extension of our home and an invitation to embrace the beauty of life.
