This newly renovated family-friendly 3-story retreat with breathtaking 360 views of the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay is perfect for your home away from home. Bring your whole family, extended family or even a big group of friends and enjoy the two pools, beach and explore the Corpus Christi area!

A half a minutes walk to the heated pool and 1.5 miles to the 1A beach access.

We have two houses in Village Walk, Unit 86 (Serenity Shores) and Unit 56 (Serenity Sands). Both can be rented together for LARGE family/friend reunions. Please see Vrbo 180296 for Serenity Shores availability.

-The fourth floor offers a balcony on the roof with a view you cannot beat! Perfect for enjoying a 360-view of the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay to take advantage of each sunrise and sunset on your vacation.

-The third floor features a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen for all of your cooking, game playing, and relaxing. A balcony off of the third-floor living room offers an ocean-scented breeze. A half-bath is conveniently located on this floor as well.

-The second floor is all about resting and sleeping. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom includes a separate private balcony for a restful evening retreat. There are two guest rooms which share a full bathroom. The second floor also features a laundry area making it easy to dry bathing suits or wash clothes during your stay.

-The first floor offers a cozy, ground floor apartment with a unique atmosphere from the rest of the house. It has a private entrance. The room is large enough that it also offers a conversation seating area. The apartment sports a convenient kitchenette and entertainment with a 47-inch flat screen tv and BlueRay player and expanded cable service. The outdoor patio is Oceanside off the back of the apartment.

Our elevator is available for our guests to use.

If Casino game night appeals to the adults, we offer in a locked cabinet a roulette wheel, professional poker chip set in an aluminum briefcase, ten decks of new regulation diamond cards, three 36x54 table felts with table clamps for Texas Hold-'Em, Black Jack, and Craps. There are 100-regulation white 16mm dice and 12 sets of polyhedral dice and much more. The kids have ten different card games to play.

-There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in or on the premises.

-Village Walk DOES NOT PERMIT BOATS and TRAILERS.

-There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway (including golf cart rentals). The property manager will provide you with the necessary parking passes upon your arrival. Please note that golf carts count as vehicles.

Great for the whole family

Great location, very clean and well stocked beach house! The floor plan was perfect for our family. The rooftop deck was the best place for watching fireworks! We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Fantastic beach house!

This is the best home we have stayed at in Port A, and the best stocked of any home anywhere! The owner, Lee, is very helpful and prompt to help out. This house has everything you could want or need on your trip! Great house!

Great House!

Perfect house for any family. The elevator was especially helpful, as i have a son who is wheelchair bound. Owners were very concerned that our stay met expectations, and they were very flexible. Will be going, again!

Great location and house for family trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Sands! The layout of rooms and beds was perfect for the age range we had in our family. The house location within the neighborhood was perfect for a good view of the ocean, especially on the roof deck. And btw both pools. There were several extras, games, and things that were very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Annual family beach week

We have been renting a large house with a big pool directly on the beach for the past several years but the cost was out of control. This house was less than half the cost and provided everything we need. Very well equipped kitchen was perfect because we enjoy cooking for each other. Bedroom setup was also perfect for us. Will consider this one again.

The house is lovely!

The house is lovely. The kitchen is so wonderfully stocked! We were able to cook all sorts of yummy meals for our family of 10 people with ease. The rooms and living space was very comfortable, clean, and bright. We loved the furniture and home decor of the house. The elevator was a life saving bringing up food and luggage. Our kids loved the downstairs apartment and we all loved watching the fireworks and the beach views from the decks. The only disappointment was the community pool. However, we understand this is not in the owners' control but the pool was very small, warm, and dirty. Also there is no easy walk to the beach. We did know that in advance and brought bikes and planned for one car to be our "beach car." Thank you so much for the beach parking pass! And the bike ride to the beach is easy and quick. Overall, we loved the house and will look to stay there again. We recommend the house! Bring your bike and spend your time at the beach not the pool! Cheers, JC and family

Beautiful, well kept, freshly painted, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

We spent three weeks in January in this property. We had a wonderfully relaxed vacation, listening to the ocean, walking the beach, just being lazy. I loved having coffee from the Kuerig in the morning and fixing breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. It has all the comforts of home in the kitchen including electric griddle and belgian waffle maker. This is a great place for a family to stay, cozy bedrooms. lovely upstairs living space that is open to the kitchen /dining area, perfect for family togetherness. There are decks on all levels and a lovely patio on the ground level outside of the fully equipped apartment on the ground floor. For just my husband and I, we found our stay to be very serene, very calming. The lighting from all of the windows on the third level lets in beautiful sunlight which I really appreciated since sunlight in our native state of Michigan in January is scarce. The property was freshly painted in beautiful beachy/ocean colors and everything was cleaned and well maintained. All bathrooms were stocked with extra towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. We were looking for a quiet place to dwell so we didn't go out a lot, but one of our favorite eating places was Jay's. Good food, not far away, and reasonable prices as well as good service. We loved walking to the beach each day on the broad sidewalks. No having to walk in the road or worry about traffic. We had a great time and would certainly go back to rest and relax. I highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation getaway.

Great annual trip to Port A

We were very happy with our stay here and had a wonderful time at the beach. The property owner was very helpful and responsive! He even was able to accommodate an early check-in for us (I am sure based on availability), which enabled us to get an extra afternoon on the beach! We had a large group, 8 adults & 4 kids under 4 & everyone had plenty of room in the house. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies, most of the other houses seemed to have a blocked view.

GREAT PLACE

This was the first time we made a trip with more people outside our immediate family. Looking for a place big enough for all of us and not too overly priced wasn’t easy. This place was absolutely amazing! Has all the towels you need, kitchen supplies, blankets and the AC stayed cold the entire time! The kitchen is STOCKED!!! Literally has all the cooking utensils, Tupperware and even some spices!! The en suite downstairs is a great size for all the kiddos! The couch was also a pull out couch which was even better! I will say it was hard to keep the downstairs location cool. It was decent but it would have been nice to have a stronger AC down there. The view was also so great! Having 2 pools and it was barely a 7-10 minute walk to the beach!! The owner was so helpful when our fridge took a while to get going. Even had the housekeeper bring us ice to ice everything down until it was working again. He also got a repair guy out ASAP to check it out for us. The location is amazing and what this condo has to offer was wonderful! If we come with a big crowd again we will be staying here again. Thank you for having us. We really enjoyed our stay!! We had a wonderful experience!!

Perfect place!

This house is incredible! The views from the decks of the ocean are priceless!! This house has everything you could need and more! It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our different families and the elevator was fun! Communication with the property manager was a breeze and he was always quick to reply. Would definitely stay here again and again!!!

Wonderful vacation home!!!

This house was extremely comfortable for our large family vacation. We were 7 adults, a toddler and an infant. The separate apartment on the 1st floor was perfect for the couple with 2 small children, and all the bedrooms had king sized beds! Air conditioning worked great. The house was fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and even included toys for the toddler. The house is in a gated community and has easy access to the town and beach. The owner, Lee, always responded to questions within minutes. Just the perfect vacation house for a Port Aransas vacation.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed this house with my parents, siblings and their children! The living space & balcony on the 3rd floor was a prime family game time and hang out spot. There was a lot of up and down the stairs - mostly for the moms of small children running to get things - but the elevator was a huge help, especially when it came time to unload/load the vehicles. Overall, we’d definitely recommend!

We traveled to Port Aransas on family vacations for 12 years before we decided to build Serenity Shores Beach House. We built our house with children, grandchildren, family and friends in mind. It has been a perfect place to escape from Michigan's winter weather to enjoy the sun, sand, and great fishing!

We enjoy the community and its amenities. It is 1.5 miles from the beach by car, golf cart, bike, skateboard, rollerblades, or walking with large six foot wide walkways. The fishing is extraordinary!
