Full of style, character and a few quirks, The Summer Lodge, located on The Esplanade, allows you to experience a special Victor Harbor beach holiday. There is so much to love and enjoy in this 1900s charming residence - the stained-glass windows in the portico, high ceilings, glorious
timber floors, huge rooms, wide hallways and of course, the ocean just across the road!

Walk to restaurants, pubs and shops of Victor. Granite Island is just a few hundred metres away. This property is so close to all the action but away from the hustle and bustle of main streets of Victor Harbor.

Inside, through the wide front entrance, there’s cozy window seats, comfortable lounges, TV, and a formal dining setting, perfect for group get togethers. French doors open out onto a covered front verandah, equipped with a BBQ and an extra-large dining table, where you can relax while enjoying views of the Encounter Bikeway and beyond.

The spacious eat-in kitchen offers everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, along with utensils and cookware. In addition, there’s another dining table for six, provides a cozy spot for breakfast. There’s also a gas BBQ on the front porch.

This delightful summer house stays cool throughout most of summer (due to its very thick walls and house size). Open the windows and doors to let the sea breeze flood through. There is one modern bathroom and an older style bathroom plus separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, wall mounted ironing board and a second fridge.

Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds, 1 Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4, top is not suitable for adult)
Third Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Fourth Bedroom: Double (Sleeps 2)


The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside. There is a fully
enclosed, secure rear yard with trees for shade and grass.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Smoking Fee: $200
