Welcome to your ideal retreat on Beaconsfield Parade, just steps from Middle Park Beach in the heart of inner Melbourne. Enjoy breathtaking beach views right from your doorstep, walking paths and great cafes nearby.

This charming vintage home features three spacious bedrooms, sleeping six guests, offering a perfect blend of character and comfort for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Ascend the stairs and step into Lisieux, a charming retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. As you walk down the hallway, you'll be welcomed into the open-plan living, dining, and sitting areas, where the vintage style and functionality blend seamlessly.

The living room features a couch and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With its elegant table, the dining area invites you to enjoy leisurely meals and quality time with loved ones.

One of the home's highlights is the private sitting area, offering breathtaking beach sunsets—our absolute favourite spot.

Further along the hallway, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms accommodating up to six guests.

For your convenience, the apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and an overhead shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, oven and stove, so you can easily prepare meals to enjoy at the elegant dining table.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a dedicated sitting area with a study desk and chair provides a quiet workspace for travellers who need to stay connected.

Step outside onto the balcony, where you can enjoy alfresco dining with a BBQ, outdoor table, and seating area. Guests also have access to a fully fenced, secure backyard.

Enjoy the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and light rail access for a direct route to the CBD. With its charming vintage furnishings, Lisieux offers a luxurious yet cozy home away from home.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

HEATING AND COOLING
Split system heating and cooling in the living room, master bedroom and study nook/sitting area off the kitchen.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are external cameras located at the front and rear exit doors.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

NO PARKING
While there is no parking advertised, there is a 4 hour free parking area on Beaconsfield Parade which some guests choose to use, subject to availability.

There is also access via a roller door from Ashworth Street. Please note that this access can be difficult to manage, particularly for larger vehicles, and the roller door must be manually lifted. We generally only recommend this option for guests who are confident using manual access and ideally have two people available to assist.

As the access can be challenging, we do not advertise it as a standard parking option and cannot guarantee it will be suitable for every guest or vehicle.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
