The Space:
Soft light settles over the surrounding peaks as you step outside, the cold alpine air meeting the warmth that lingers from your morning fire. The nearby slopes come to life just beyond the trees, and with ski access to Merlin's run, the day's first descent begins only moments from your door. Later, the quiet of winter returns, inviting you to unwind in the glow of the fireplace or relax in the hot tub as steam drifts into the crisp Whistler night.
The Space
Set within Woodrun Lodge 402, this single level home offers an inviting setting overlooking the pool and nearby slopes. The open-plan living area features a generous sofa, a gas fireplace, and direct access to a private balcony where you can take in mountain views or watch skiers pass below. Large windows bring in natural winter light, creating a comfortable atmosphere after time outdoors.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen equipped for home cooking includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cookware. The dining table seats six, with additional room for three at the adjacent breakfast bar, giving you space for shared meals or easy mornings before heading back to the mountain.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with balcony access. Its ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity and a glass-enclosed Jacuzzi bathtub with an overhead rain shower. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and ample storage. The den features a tri-bunk bed, a cozy reading nook, and a small desk area. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A second bathroom includes a single vanity and a glass-enclosed steam shower.
Amenities & comforts
You will find in-suite laundry, a boot dryer, a safe, heating, portable fans, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and clothing storage. Bathroom essentials and bedroom essentials are provided. Building amenities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, gym, elevator access, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, and secure ski and bike storage. With a private entrance and no stairs in the home, the layout supports easy movement throughout your stay.
Ski access
Stepping outside places you directly on Merlin's run, connecting you to the Blackcomb Gondola in seconds. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions.
Neighborhood
Located in the Upper Village, the condo offers a quiet mountain setting balanced with convenient access to Whistler Village. Cafés, restaurants, and après-ski spots are a short walk or shuttle ride away, surrounded by striking alpine scenery.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• The den does not have windows.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
