Nice place to stay!

We enjoyed the quiet location, with an easy walk to Whistler Village. Space was well laid out and comfortable although we couldn’t get the cooling units to work properly so it was quite warm in the bedrooms at night. Pool area was a nice amenity for relaxing between activities.

The unit we booked did not have working air conditioning and it was forecasted to be very warm so the management team moved us to an upgraded unit for free, before we arrived and without our having to ask - great customer service! This location is great for families, it is on blackcomb so quiet but with plenty to do within walking distance.

Great Family Spot

The pool was wonderful and having the parking was truly a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Great vacation!

Great Whistler Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 3 night stay at the Greystone. Acer Vacations was terrific to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues and we were moved to a different unit without having to ask. Clint and his team were terrific from check in to check out. We love the Greystone. Have been staying here for over 10 years. Fantastic location, amenities, service...all great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the condo is average, well worn condo. The photos make the place look big and bright... it is quite dark and smaller than the photos.

Thank you for your review. We do not intend for the images to make the unit out to be larger than it is. This unit is 1134 sq. ft. total including the loft. I hope that clarifies for future guests. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, clean, the only thing is that they have small queen beds that are supposed to sleep 2 people. It was a little tight, specially for a full week. I am a small 5'5 person and my husband is 5'10, both lean. Maybe 2 kids would have slept better together in those beds... Otherwise recommend 100%, professional, friendly service, very well up-kept.

Nice Condo with Plenty of Space for 5

Condo met our expectations except for temperature control in the room. The fireplace would heat the condo up and the only option to reduce the temperature was to turn the fireplace off and leave the slider open. Each room had a split but the property removed the remotes and would not allow us to use them. I would like to have been able to control the temperature instead of leaving a slider open over night to prevent the upper loft from turning into a baking oven.

Thank your for your review. We appreciate the feedback and are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Each bedroom has baseboard heaters that can be used to heat the unit to the appropriate temperature. We recommend leaving the thermostat set at 20C or 70F. The use of the air conditioning and the fireplace at the same time is not something that we feel makes sense. The door to the balcony can be opened to reduce the temperature in the unit or windows can also be cracked. In addition, the condensate from the A/C units freezes on the balconies and patios when it is below zero C and causes major issues. This is why the A/C units (splits) are not used in the winter. Greystone Lodge Weekend Unit 401

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a condo in Greystone Lodge for Tough Mudder 2015 weekend, and ended up being upgraded by the vacation rental team due to some renovations going on. The lodge was beautiful, very well maintained and all the common areas were clean and welcoming. The unit itself was fantastic, and the hot tub and pool were a perfect secluded escape from the bustle of the village. The whole experience was great, we recommend this lodge and Acer Vacations to anyone! Manager responded on 6/24/2015: We are glad you liked it! See you again next time. Access codes were good for all entrances including the car park, very convenient.

Great Ski-In, Ski-Out Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a two bedroom with loft unit that could sleep 8 comfortably. The management company was first rate and provided all the information needed prior to arrival. We had snow to the village so it was truly ski in and out. The pool and hot tubs are small and overly crowded after the lifts closed. Three light bulbs in the unit were out making it somewhat dark in one area. We would stay here again as it was comfortable and clean.

Ski-in Ski-out Gem!

Ski lockers and Blackcomb access make vacationing here super convenient. We loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and easy bus access (or quick walk) to the village.

Greystone Lodge Unit 401 Aug 2016

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for a group of 6. Nice and close to Lost Lake. Bike locker was quite full, so it was easier to leave our 6 bikes on car bike racks than to use the locker. One bathroom fan was not working, but I called and it got fixed the same day.

Overall great place, small pool for kids, bike lockers, free parking and the location was amazing. Quick stroll down to Blackcomb village.
