The Space

A luxury three bedroom penthouse on the Kelvin Heights peninsula.

Bedrooms: Three well appointed bedrooms with ensuites.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. Two with both a standing shower and bath tub and one with a standing shower only.

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, oven, cooktop, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, kettle.

Balcony: Large main balcony with dining and ample lounge seating; private bedroom balcony off of the Master Bedroom.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Parking note

- One dedicated, secure, indoor car park is included free of charge and is located approximately 250 metres from the building entrance.

- A short-term drop-off zone is available directly outside the building for luggage and passengers

- On-street parking nearby is first-come, first-served

- The allocated space fits cars and large SUVs but not campervans

- Campervans and oversized vehicles must park on the street

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Alpine Lakes Drive is in sought-after Kelvin Heights, an exclusive waterfront pocket of Queenstown surrounded by high-end homes. The complex is quiet and well-maintained, an easy walk to the Hilton Hotel, Kawarau Village restaurants and the lakefront walking trails — hop on the water taxi to town, or take a scenic drive around the peninsula.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No internal stairs. Elevator Access

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
