With four spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, your entire group will enjoy the utmost in comfort and privacy. Very clean and warm house. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the bins being over filled when we got there, and not much firewood but other than that, very nice. Thank you host :)

Warm stay in a winter weather.

A great place to stay and will definitely one of our options when we visit Queenstown again!! Easy and informative tenant is definitely a plus!!

First impression on arrival - greeted with piles of rubbish being blown around and overflowing bins on the curb. Street is jammed with cars parked on street. The drains were blocked - I had to unblock the bathroom basin of hair, floss and small pieces of rubbish for the water to drain. The ensuite shower blocked and flooded the bathroom (cleaners came to sort and provide new towels but it happened again on the final night of the 6 night stay). The kitchen insinkerator did not work, so after putting some food scraps in had to scoop them all up for the bin, the water bared drained from there). The cleaners who arrived to sort the rubbish and shower were lovely. The host instructions were good but communication of problems during the stay were quickly passed to the cleaners. Disappointed with the property versus price paid. Advertised as having a spa pool (there is not one at the property), and parking options include off street and a garage (you cannot access the garage from the drive only internal door access).

Dear Jeff and Ariana, I am humbly sorry that you encountered bad experiences during the stay. For your records, please note: Due to statutory holidays during Christmas and back to back guests staying at the property before you the bins were full and left on street uncollected by the Lakes District Council. It as unfortunate that the wind blew some of the rubbish. However, our property manager immediately repondd to your messages and cleared all rubbish without delay. Our professional cleaner have been cleaning the property for years along with many other properties. They didn’t notice any blockages during the cleaning. Once you identified any issues, we immediately response to attend and fix the issues. We provide a high standard accomodation with memorable experiences. All our guests have highly praised our hospitality and we remain very apologetic to your situation and assure you that we will wok harder to ensure top most hospitality is provide to all guests.
