Experience the best of Old Naples from the comfort of this renovated condo. Tastefully decorated, this condo reflects the love and care we have taken to make sure you have everything needed to make your beach vacation picture perfect!!

This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath upstairs unit gives you the view of the prestigious 5th Avenue neighborhood. It is located just one and a half blocks from Gulf of Mexico's breathtaking beaches and sunsets. It is also within walking distance from Third Street South, where you will find restaurants, shops, and unique boutiques and galleries.

This gem of a complex ( 5th Avenue Beach Club ) only has 14 units and offers a heated pool and a large front courtyard patio that adds to the outside enjoyment.

Between guest stays, we take extreme care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo.

This unit has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation.

THE CONDO
The unit is furnished with brand new appliances, tile floor throughout, and flat-screen televisions. Cable and wireless internet are provided as well as a washer and dryer. The condo also includes beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for guest use.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN
The living room and kitchen blend together to offer an open area to gather and eat. Relax and watch something on the 55" SmartTV or whip up those home-cooked masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen.

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS
After a full day of activities, relax in one of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms include king-size beds and 40" SmartTVs. The first bedroom includes a bathroom ensuite with an enclosed shower and we also provide a hair dryer. While the second bedroom has a bathroom just down the hallway. This second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo and we also provide a hair dryer.

This condo is in a prime location for guests who enjoy being close to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, galleries, and performing arts.

We look forward to accommodating you and your vacation needs while in beautiful Naples!

My wife, son and I had a great time!! We rented for a week. You can't beat the location-1.5 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the start of all the restaurants on 5th Ave. We didn't have to drive anywhere. The place is nicely updated. Hot water is plentiful, and the mattresses were very comfortable too. It comes with beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella. The neighborhood has beautiful architecture if you enjoy walking. We would do it again!

Beautiful and perfect

Beautiful and perfect is the best description of this wonderful place. The condo was nicely renovated with everything we could want. The location was perfect with a short walk to everything, beaches, shopping, restaurants. Communication with Monica was excellent, as she was always available, although there were never any problems needing assistance. We hope to make this our home away from home in the years to come.

Great Naples find!

We have come to Naples many times, and this is our second stay at this condo. Our four year old was so excited to return. This is the perfect location for people of any ageā€¦ so close to the beach, and a great pool! Itā€™s also conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, which makes it easy to vacation with little ones. We will definitely be back!

Good condo in great location

My wife and I enjoyed our week here. The location is excellent, in easy walking distance to the beach, 5th Ave S, and 3rd St S. There's some construction in first floor units, but it wasn't too noisy and didn't bother us, even when we were working. The pool is still closed, but it's fine to lounge by. And we had no problem with parking.

Beautiful Naples Condo

We loved staying at Monica's condo. It is beautiful and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the location was perfect. The condo is close to 5th Ave. restaurants and shopping, and the beach is just a block away. Just a short walk to get to 3rd Street and the Naples Pier. Monica is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella. We hope to be back.

Winter getaway

This property was perfect! Extremely clean and comfortable and beautifully updated. The location is Excellent. One block to the gorgeous beach where we went daily to walk and enjoy the sunsets one block the opposite way to fifth Avenue restaurants and shopping galore. I wish there were blackout curtains. It did get fairly bright with the sunrise. I guess we are used to having a dark bedroom. I got an eye mask at Walgreens so all was good. We would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Perfection!

This beach condo is everything you would want and more! Decorated and supplied with high end finishes and amenities. You could tell the owner wanted to share with their guests what they would want. Beautiful dinner plates, Tommy Bahama Chairs, crisp linens, etc. They thought of everything you may need right down to ice pack and lunch box for the beach! We canā€™t wait to come back next year!

Location, Location, Location!

We had a wonderful two week stay in this modern, clean and convenient condo. Everything was in excellent condition! Two blocks from the beach is perfect for early morning beach walks, evening beach walks and of course, just spending time on the beach during the day. Lots of outdoor seating if one just wanted to hang out and read. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants on Fifth Avenue. Centrally located so itā€™s a short drive (or bike ride) to the 3rd St. shops and restaurants or our favorite grocery store, Wynnā€™s. Monica is very helpful and responsive if there are any problems. All around great place to stay.

Perfect Place and Location

This condo is amazing. It is everything that that was described and more. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was either within walking distance or short drive away. It was so nice being close to the beach. We walked there everyday and just love the Naples beach. Monica is also a great host. She was very responsive and answered all our questions. She left us everything you need for a beach vacation. If our travels find us in Naples again, we will definitely be looking up this condo again!

Pure Paradise

I want to gate keep this most wonderful place but just can't! My husband, son, and I stayed at this condo for a week in June 2023. We had an ideal beach vacation. The condo is impeccably clean, and the decor is updated and lovely. There is a small pool at the complex which is great for relaxing in the mornings or after some beach time. The location is perfect. A quick 2 block walk to the beach and right on 5th avenue with the restaurants and shops. Likewise, its about a 10-15 min walk to the 3rd street shops/restaurant district and the Naples Pier. We had the joy of meeting the hosts, Monica and Sheldon! They are delightful and really take pride in creating a warm environment. Hope to visit again!

The first thing that I noticed upon entering the beautiful condo was the level of cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless. Monica has outdone herself by ensuring that everything a guest could need is available. The beds extremely comfortable making for a very comfortable sleep. The location simply cannot be beat anywhere in Naples in my opinion. We were able to get up in the morning have a coffee grab the backpack chairs and umbrella and walk two blocks to the beach come home shower and walk another two blocks for dinner. We rented a car, but really did not need it. I would highly recommend Monicaā€˜s condo to anyone interested in really getting to know Naples.

Best family vacation!

We had simply the BEST vacation! Monica was a wonderful hostā€” extremely attentive and responsive. The location could not have been better. Weā€™ve been to Naples a few times, and never stayed in a better spot! Just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk in the opposite direction to dinner and shops on fifth ave. Location made it easy for travel with a toddler who often changed her mind! We could go to the beach for a short time and then head back to the condo pool. The condo itself is clean, beautiful and stocked with everything you need! We were especially grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the beachā€¦ made traveling with a toddler very easy in that we didnā€™t need to bring all our own things! We loved everything about this condo and would happily stay again if we ever get the chance. Thank you, Monica!

Absolutely perfect getaway!

Wow! We were so blown away by the ease of the rental process and how available Monica, the owner, was to us with any questions that came up. The unit was meticulously cleaned with thoughtful touches everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, beach toys and chairs etc. On top of the great amenities, this is in a PRIME location. We truly could have gotten away without renting a car. Walkable to the beach and restaurants! Coming from the Chicago cold, this was the perfect getaway made even better by a seamless check in and check out process and a wonderful available owner. We will definitely return. One hiccup we ran into was parking, which was fairly laid out in the rental contract. It ended up being a non-issue. But we did feel a bit like living in the city-when you snagged a spot-you didnā€™t want to leave in fear it would be taken. We only had to make a few small trips to the grocery store etc-and we did always end up finding a spot in the permit lot, but itā€™s something to be prepared for if youā€™re going during busy season. All in all, I wish we could give this 6 stars! We were so pleased!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. We enjoyed having to only walk five minutes to the beach or downtown. We appreciated the four beach chairs and umbrella that we could bring to the beach. We are hoping to come back soon.

Outstanding Vacation Rental!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks in February, 2022. The condo was very clean. We loved the location as we could walk two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the restaurants right on Fifth Avenue. The beds were so comfortable. Monica texted asking us if everything was going okay. She is very friendly and easy to deal with. We hope to be able to book the condo again for next winter! We would highly recommend!!!

Perfect stay in Naples

Spotlessly clean and fantastic location. Great to have beach chairs/umbrella/towels. Literally everything you could need is right here. The hosts were incredibly quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing location and amenities

The condo was perfect! Everything you could possibly need and more. We have stayed at this location several times and this condo was by far the best one! It was impeccably decorated and clean and the attention to detail was outstanding. Our host Monica was very responsive throughout the entire process from reservation to checkout.
