We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable easily accommodating our family. It is perfectly located-just 1/2 mile walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The house was also well equipped with all the appliances and essentials we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bikes provided were very convenient. Our family all agreed this was the best house we’ve rented so far. I will highly recommended it to anyone looking for a house in the Old Naples area.

Tres Palmas— where memories are made. As Naples natives who have since moved away, Tres Palmas was the quintessential Naples experience. The beautifully designed and well stocked home was the perfect place for my family to gather for my mom’s 70th birthday. The spacious and open living room and kitchen was perfect for hanging out, reconnecting, cooking, and playing games. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had the privacy of their own remodeled bathrooms— with excellent water pressure. The primary suite was luxurious! The outdoor area’s sparkling pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and beautiful palapa made hanging out— even in the summer heat— a delight. Our family was able to walk to the beach for sunsets and down to 5th Ave for lunch and ice cream, though the house is so comfortable you won’t even want to leave. You can tell the home is full of love and the perfect place to make memories with your own loved ones.

We couldn't have asked for a better property and location. Just one small example: we wondered beforehand if the coffee maker was for pods or grounds - they had both.

Best Vacation!

We had our first trip to Naples for our kid’s spring break and it was perfect! Kathleen and Peter are the most gracious hosts. The house was very clean and it was the perfect set up for our family’s needs. Cannot beat the location. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful family week in Olde Naples

We had a wonderful family getaway in Naples. Peter greeted us at the property and showed us around answering questions and getting us acquainted with his beautiful home. The location is perfect. We walked to the beach and to 5th Ave to enjoy shopping and amazing meals. 5 bikes were available and we used them everyday. Peter was only a text away and answered questions promptly and professionally He also provided recommendations for eating out, biking, walking and navigating Naples. We didn’t want to leave and plan on returning next year. Oh…the outside shower under towering palm trees was a huge hit as well. Thank you for helping make incredible memories with our family.

Great Location and House

Great spot for in town fun. House is lovely with plenty of space. 4 adults stayed and benefited from the 4 beds and 4 bath. Primary suite is impressive with bonus office.

The amenities of the home, the delightful location, the accommodating host, the provision of every need, the cleanliness, the communication, on every level this home was five star. Awesome!

We had a wonderful week at Tres Palmas! We were traveling with young adult children and wanted to stay where everyone could do their own thing but we‘d still be all together. The location was perfect- easy walking distance to the beach and 5th street. And the beach cart with chairs in the garage was a pleasant surprise! The home itself was beautifully decorated and very clean and had everything we could possibly need.Check in and communication with the host was friendly and welcoming.We definitely would recommend this property and definitely would love to stay again in the future.

Olde Naples as its best!

The owner of the beautiful house welcomed us personally on a late Sunday evening and explained the most important infrastructure. The pretty house is idyllically located in Old Naples, just a few minutes' walk from the shops on 5th Avenue and the beach. The house is well maintained, very pleasantly furnished and immaculately clean. We can warmly recommend the beautiful house in a prime location with its very friendly owners to everyone.

Absolute PERFECTION!! We wanted for nothing! Everything was so clean, spacious and modern! Our hosts were better than perfect. Any questions we had they were quick to respond and always cheerfully. The location is walking distance to beach and town as well. BEST VRBO we’ve ever rented!

Long weekend getaway

This was one of the most amazing rentals we’ve ever stayed at. We used to own a home in Naples, so we’re very familiar with the area. You cannot beat this location. You can walk to the beach and to the many shops and excellent restaurants on 5th. The house is even better than the photos show. It was much larger than we expected. It’s beautifully furnished and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard where there’s a lovely pool, hot tub and ‘tiki hut’ for shade. If you plan on eating some meals in, there’s absolutely nothing missing from the kitchen in terms of platters, serving pieces, etc.For those that love to cook, the kitchen has a Wolf range and toaster oven. Peter and Kathleen were excellent hosts and communicators and they’ve thought of everything for your stay. We cannot wait to visit again. Do not hesitate to book this vacation property.
