This cool and stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal holiday spot for a family or group of friends. Located on the 2nd floor, the unit has a split level, open plan living/ dining area with reverse cycle air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi. Step outside onto the partially covered balcony with your morning coffee and soak up the spectacular views of the harbour and waterfront scenery. Relax on the dining and lounge furniture and cook up a feast on the gas Weber BBQ - this is the perfect place for an alfresco meal, coffee or afternoon drink and your favourite cheese platter.

A Yachtsman’s Rest apartment 3 is a child-friendly property and located across the road to a children’s playground, council operated BBQ’s and picnic tables, public exercise stations and fabulous walking paths.

Each bedroom has been meticulously maintained to provide comfort with all providing linen and bed making and the main bedroom having a Queen bed, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and sliding doors to the balcony so you can enjoy the water view even while you are in bed.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and single vanity and the unit provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. There is also a private courtyard leading off bedroom three inviting you to enjoy the extra space and outdoors.

Boasting a modern kitchen complete with all the appliances and necessities such as a microwave, oven, electric cooktop, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and even an Espressotoria coffee machine (BYO Woolworths pods) helps to whip up a gourmet home cooked meal if not dining out.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
