Beautiful location, beautiful house. Tons of room and great for kids. Private access to the beach which is absolutely amazing. The hosts of this house are beyond amazing. Couldn’t ask for nicer more genuine people. Highly highly highly recommended!

We loved our stay. The house looks exactly as pictured and is well appointed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay! We like less busy areas so this was perfect for us compared to busier parts of the island. Still able to do day trips wherever, but come back to the peaceful uncrowded beach.A few things around the rental we would recommend:- Islands End Tuna Charter-Mill River Driving Range-Potato Museum-Stomping Tom Museum for live music-Cedar Dunes Lighthouse-North Cape Lighthouse and walking trail-Tignish Fisherman’s Haven ParkThe house was perfect for our couple of families to travel together and had everything we needed for a great week. The beach out front was sandy and wonderful, and the sunsets every night were perfect!

Everything was fantastic! It was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. It was so close to the beach. It was quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for what we needed for a family getaway with teenage and adult kids. Thanks for everything!

Host was really accommodating, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The home was lovely and spacious and had everything there that we could possibly need. Beautiful views!!

Loved it. Perfect for our needs. The yard is like a football field to the beach. Plenty of room for Roxie to get the zoomies out of her system before going down to beach in search of something smelly to roll in. House is well stocked. Hot tub was very welcome. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was very spacious and clean with a beautiful large yard leading directly to a red sand beach. Everything we needed was there. There are a few finishing touches to the house that could be done such as fixing a cupboard drawer, installing some outlet plates, adjusting a closet door run and repairing a few screw holes in some walls. The second bathroom was difficult to get to for some of us as the stairs are a bit sketchy to the basement so most of us shared the bathroom on the main floor but the bathroom in the basement was nicely done once you got there (although low ceilings) Overall it was a nice place to stay for the four nights we were there.

This house is located in a beautiful location on PEI. The direct access to what seemed almost like a private beach was the highlight of the house for us. Due to it's location at the far end of the island it did mean a lot of driving to see the other parts of the island. The kids loved the games in the basement - especially the table tennis. The firepit by the ocean was great and the hot tub was very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. A couple of suggestions for the house would be: A cooler and some ice packs in the freezer would have been a great addition for us to pack a lunch to take with us for the day.We couldn't locate any wood for the firepit so we bought some from one of the many firewood stands located on the highway. Having some already there would have been nice.Overall - we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House. The location, right on the beach is amazing! The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable to stay in. We loved the cozy family room and sunroom. The hot tub was wonderful, under the stars one night and a rain cloud the next, lol. Bathrooms have been newly renovated and they are beautifully done. One thing to know is that the second bathroom is in the basement, near the games room.It’s obvious that the owners have been very busy renovating and updating and it all looks great. This home is already a fantastic place to stay and as the redesign continues, it will be spectacular for anyone lucky enough to visit!

The Beach House was a peaceful, clean, private home away from home for my family and I to enjoy a week in PEI. The beach access alone makes this property a five star rating, as it was essentially our personal beach for the week! The friendly neighbours gave helpful tips on how to boil a perfect lobster and we caught many colourful sunsets in the evenings. The hot tub was an added bonus after a brisk morning dip with my kids, who spent hours building sandcastles by the shore. The western side of the island is much less touristy and we enjoyed going South to Dunes provincial park as well as North to the North Cape reef and trail. Our hosts were generous with tips on where to catch live music and left treats for our dog, which was a sweet gesture. Check in instructions were a breeze. I forgot some jewelry and Brayden graciously set up for it to be mailed home for me. The island hospitality was felt by the whole family and we’d come back in a heartbeat!

The house met our expectations for the most part and we enjoyed our PEI stay. Indeed that accommodations meets the needs of quite a variety of people ... since we were on a multi-day walking marathon, the hot tub was a very pleasant necessity. The Kitchen had EVERYTHING we possibly could have wanted . The only short-coming there were that the knives need to be sharpened. Here are some recommendations however ... wall hooks or hangers - someplace to hang up clothes in the rooms, bathrooms, hallways and entrance. We had to put so many clothes and towels on the banisters . Better and larger dressers in the rooms and clear out the closets completely, so much stuff was stored there. If you could leave instructions on how to control the central and mini split air conditioners - that would be useful ... took a while and guesswork to figure that out. Other than that - it was great!

Hi Betsy Thank you for your recommendations I will absolutely get to that, the things stored in the closets are extra bedding, and one is all the out door games, and beach toys. The knives were bought new this season but I will check them I appreciate the recommendations as this was our first season and want to make it exceptional for guests :)

Beautiful beach house on a large property. The bedrooms are lovely and there is lots of areas for relaxing and playing games. The hot tub was great and there was plenty of outdoor seating. A quick walk down the back yard takes you to stairs to the beach which was sandy and quite private. A nice bonus was the ping pong and air hockey table in the basement, good for rainy days.
