Modern villa Posada / La Caletta

Modern furnished holiday home (completion 2011, renovated in 2019) with stunning views of the mountains, on a 4. 500 m² fenced area, in the middle of the extensive and green riverbed of the Posada River in the outskirts of Torpé, a small town (3,000 inhabitants) near Posada (4 km) and La Caletta (11 km). If you are not looking for the hustle and bustle but the peace, is right here, because it is a country house, where you can unwind undisturbed relax and unwind. But also as a starting point for excursions, the house is very conveniently located. The nearest beach (Orvile) is about 5 minutes by car, to La Caletta about 10 minutes. But it also invites to hikes in the mountains to the Lago di Posada.

The holiday home is furnished like a studio (40 m²) with open American kitchen, dining area, sofa area. A separate, for Italian conditions very spacious bedroom (16 m²) for two persons and a comfortable sofa bed (by a simple handle, the couch is folded out to bed and umgekeht, bedding can be folded) for 2 people provide total sleeping space for 4 people. The bathroom is also bright and spacious with shower, bath, bidet, toilet, sink and a washing machine.

An air conditioning system ensures a pleasant room temperature. A large flatscreen offers TV fun for the entire room (Terrestrial Programs Italy, SAT Astra). The TV is (if the bedroom door remains open) also from the bed well to see (z. B. when occupied by two people).

The large kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove (5 rings), oven with grill, extractor, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Pots, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses etc. are also sufficiently available. There is also a fireplace grill in the outdoor area.

Almost around the entire house there is a covered terrace, the protection from the sun offers and with seating and bistro tables invites you to linger.

Parking is available for free. Also, the parking of a camping vehicle (motorhome, caravan) is possible and power connections are available. So the house can serve as a base for excursions. Public transport (bus to Olbia (40 km) and the airport) are available from Torpé (about 15 minutes walk). A car is definitely an advantage.

The outdoor water supply of Torpé is fed from Lake Posada. Of course, filters for cleaning are installed. Since the water is not chlorinated, yellowing may occur in summer. For personal hygiene, for washing and rinsing, the water is harmless to use (we also use it for cooking).

Pets such. Small dogs are welcome and have great opportunities for spotting on the extensive grounds, with its numerous olive and citrus trees.

The house is located in the outdoor area and is about 15 minutes walk from the center Torpè. It is located on the opposite side of Torpè on the road to Concas (little traffic) and you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the mountains.

From Olbia it takes about 30 minutes for the 40 km (also from the airport) on the highway. Ideal for motorcyclists, since nobody is disturbed and there are no direct neighbors, but fields and meadows. Parking is available at the house sufficiently free of charge. The entire area is fenced.
