Additional Services (Requires Extra Payment):
Pool Heat: Enjoy warm pool and hot tub access for $35 per day. Please submit your pool heat request at least 3 days before your arrival. The pool heater must remain on for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note: Both the pool and hot tub share a single heating system. If pool heat is not selected, both amenities will remain unheated.

Grill Rental: Elevate your outdoor dining experience with a grill rental:
3 Burner: $85 per week
4 Burner: $105 per week
Please submit your grill rental request at least 1 week before your arrival.
Remember to place the oil pan under the grill to avoid additional cleaning fees for the patio floor if it becomes dirty or stained.

Early check-in/late check-out (depends on availability) is $45/hr

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING: Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper, and salt will be provided prior to check-in.
Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, and the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages.
