While the neighborhood power outage was outside of our control and impacted multiple homes in the area, we recognize the inconvenience this caused — particularly with the Wi-Fi interruption and temporary impact to the pool heating system. As soon as we were notified of the scheduled utility outage that morning, our team immediately communicated the information to impacted guests so they could plan accordingly. We also apologize that the linen concerns reported at check-in were not resolved during your stay. We understand how disappointing that experience was and recognize that this fell short of the standards we strive to provide.
