This spacious home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, and a variety of outdoor living and dining options, making it ideal for families, including those with teenagers, or two separate families seeking a relaxing getaway.
The Space:
Upstairs:
- External stairs lead to a spacious timber deck with BBQ and outdoor dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-sized fridge, microwave, electric hot plate (no oven), air fryer, and coffee machine with provided
coffee pods.
- Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a clothes storage cupboard.
- Bedroom 2 includes a double bed and bedside cupboard.
- The upper level also has a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and vanity.
- Reverse-cycle heating and cooling ensures year-round comfort upstairs.
Downstairs:
- Comfortable lounge area with ample seating also includes TV, portable heater and small fridge.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature a queen bed, single bed, ceiling fan, and storage space for clothes.
- A generously sized, beautifully renovated bathroom with a toilet, shower, vanity, and washing machine.
Outside:
- A large backyard with an outdoor shower offering both hot and cold water.
- A second outdoor living area under the balcony, perfect for relaxing.
- The expansive fenced block provides plenty of parking space.
Please Note:
- The staircase is external; there is no internal staircase.
- The property sleeps up to 10 people.
- Wi-Fi is not provided.
- Linen is not included, but you can arrange linen hire through local Linen Companies.
- Quilts with covers and pillows are provided; guests will need to bring or hire sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels.
- Pets, parties, events, and smoking are not allowed.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
