Upon entering Tweed Valley Treehouse you will instantly feel relaxed with multiple places to hang out, create memories or watch the kids play with beautiful views and amazing sunsets. For those attending weddings or events nearby ( scroll down to see travel times to all nearby wedding venues) there is ample space to get ready for everyone without feeling squished and loads of natural light for the perfect hair and make up prep.

2 rattan single beds, which can sleep adults but also perfect for little ones with play toys, play kitchen and an outdoor swing.

A smaller room at the front of the home with a single bed.

Smaller 2nd TV room to watch Netflix and free to air channels for kids with a Barbie dream house, games and toys

1 double bed, very spacious and would easily fit a BYO portacot. This room also has it’s own outside door access

Sleeps 4 and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds and a 4th trundle. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail ( please see pictures) .
‼️use at your own risk should you sleep anyone under 9 on the top bunk.

*please note there is no door on this room however due to the way the room’s designed the bunk sleeping area has privacy

☀️OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course, small bbq on the balcony and gazebo. There’s lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards in the lower outdoor area when no cars parked there.

🪵🔥 Fire Pit is available with wood and fire starter during the winter months only of June-Aug

📅 CAN WE BOOK OUTSIDE OF YOUR AVAILABILITY CALANDER? If you have a wedding to attend, small event, workshop or future booking request (that isn't open on the calendar yet) please get in contact

⏱️DO YOU ALLOW EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT? We have a check out time of 10am NSW time as everyone loves a sleep in and a check in time being any time after 3pm NSW time.
If you need to drop off bags earlier due to an event or check out later please feel free to request this and we will see what we can do.

❌NO SCHOOLIES, BUCKS or LOUD PARTIES we are in a residential area NOT acreage. 10pm - 8am is quiet time. No loud music or partying during these times. Please respect our neighbours. Noise complaints from neighbours will be taken seriously and you may be asked to leave

🐶DO YOU ALLOW PETS? We currently don’t allow pets but are happy to accommodate a small pet upon request at an extra cleaning cost

🤗 CAN WE HAVE VISITORS DURING OUR STAY? No extra guests/visitors, other than those booked, are allowed on the property without prior written approval for insurance purposes. This includes make up/hair artists and personal visitors popping over who are booked. We are on a residential street and too many cars/M bikes can cause problems for neighbours. Please get in touch with your request for visitors PRIOR to booking so we can keep everyone happy.

❌ CAN WE SMOKE OR VAPE? This is a non smoking property. However if you’re going to break the rules and smoke anyway and you need a smoke ( of any kind ) please do so outside the property gate and away from neighbours where possible. If smoke is smelt by our cleaner, upon your check out inspection, or cigarette butts found sprinkled around the property incl in garden beds an extra cleaning fee will be applied.

🎮 DO YOU HAVE ANY GAMES?
So many!!!! We have a large selection of board games for down time/rainy days including scrabble, trivial pursuit, jumanji, monopoly, chess and more. We have various Uno and other card style games

🎯WHAT TOYS DO YOU HAVE? We have one of the largest selections of toys for kids of all ages to keep them entertained. From Marvel, Cars, dolls, dress ups, Barbie, massive Lego collection, books, play kitchen, indoor swing and more. Outdoors there is a ninja play structure, large jenga, and lots of room to ride BYO bikes/scooters etc

💰PRICE MATCH! If you find another property on Airbnb, in the same area, that has the same amount of bedrooms and beds available that you need (and that look just as inviting) and can sleep the same amount of people you are wanting to book (but they are a lower price) we are open to looking at a price match- please mention the property and dates you’re looking to book along with the price difference total when requesting your booking. Sometimes we can match or at least help with your budget.

We can hire 2 spring fold out single beds for extra children at an extra cost. Please contact us prior to booking for information

🌻 WHAT PREVIOUS GUESTS HAVE YOU HAD? We have a large mix of guests over the last few years. Not everyone’s leaves reviews, even if they had a great time and we are also on other booking platforms. Past guests incl wedding guests, bridal party, girls weekend away, family reunions, Christmas family get together, hockey tournament, school holiday family fun, music festival fun, Cooly Rocks, conferences and business trips,
