The space
Down a quiet ROW you'll find our fully fenced property, with off street parking for 3 vehicles (or 2 + the boat).

You'll be greeted by our north facing outdoor entertaining area, complete with dining table, outdoor sofa, Weber BBQ, pizza oven (incl ingredients & bread maker to make dough) & private spa. Further back you'll find the outdoor shower & fish prep bench, both are a must at the beach!.

Inside you'll find an open plan kitchen (with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine) & living area, we love our plush couch to sink into while enjoying a movie or playing one of the many board games or enjoying each other's company around the table.

Finishing off the ground floor is a large room with queen bed, single room with bunks and bathroom.

Upstairs you'll find a sanctuary, a large sunny master bedroom complete with ensuite and private patio with views out to the Brynderwyns.

We know what it's like to live with teenagers, so we've converted the garage to a rumpus room (4th bedroom) complete with fold out sofas, entertainment, bunk beds and so much room for activities! Carpeted and insulated, its comfortable and importantly just that bit removed.

We have decked the bach out with a basketball hoop, Corn Hole, Kubb, Bikes, Boogie Boards, bikes (just bring helmets) and two big eskies.

We're a kiwi family that loves to surf, be social and be connected, we hope you enjoy the space we've created for just that.
