Peak season months (Memorial Day through Labor Day) are Full Week Rentals Only !!
Three bedroom /two full bath, fully furnished and fully equipped condo. Just two blocks from the cherry grove fishing pier, and beach access across the street. It is close to golf courses and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach . Only 15 minutes away from the popular shopping center of Barefoot Landing ,which is where the Alabama theater is and the House of Blues .
*All beds are queen size and have pillows and comforters on them.
*Wi-Fi and cable included.
*We do offer a linen service with bath towels /wash clothes and 3 sets of queen sheets for additional fee of $125 .
*There is NOT a washer and dryer.
*Must be 25 years or older to book.
*No motorcycle or trailers allowed !
*Parking underneath the building is Not permitted ,,it is for homeowners only! Though it can be used for loading and unloading . After unloading you must park either in the front or back of the building !
*We have a keyless entry with a four digit code for the deadbolt, the code will be of your choosing after rental agreement has been reached .
*Parking passes will be required on all vehicles and displayed on your dashboard at all times while on the property !
* We do have a common area with picnic tables and there’s also a outdoor shower that you can rinse your feet off after a day at the beach!

*NOT INCLUDED* Washer & Dryer , Bed sheets, bath & beach towels, wash clothes ,beach chairs and umbrellas.

Friend Vacation

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to the beach, a short drive from grocery stores and restaurants. Check in was simple. The place was clean and let me tell you comfiest bed I have slept on, I know my friends said the same!!! Will definitely be staying again. Thanks again for a great place!

Amazing Vacation - Can't wait to go back!

Our week at this condo in Cherry Grove was amazing. The property has all of the comforts of home and plenty of room for our family. The condo and the beach were both SUPER easy to access and the beach was not crowded at all (even though we were there during prime vacation time). The beds were very comfortable (which we've never found a comfortable bed at the beach before) and the property manager is great to work with. He contacted us a couple of weeks ahead of time to provide information for check in and was super responsive the one time I needed to contact him while we were in the unit. On top of everything else, I feel the unit was priced great. We would definitely rent this unit again. A+

Perfect choice for Thanksgiving stay

The property was perfect for us. Lovely space for gathering our group allowing casual, but personal interaction between main events -so much better than individual hotel rooms! Really appreciated the provision of basics (TP, paper towels, dish towels and hot pads, cleaning supplies, condiments) which meant the vacation began immediately; no huge grocery store run before we could even unpack and easy use of the kitchen during our stay.

Highly Recommended for a Peaceful Getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay at Michael's condo. Beach access was right across the street and made it super convenient for my grandparents that are no longer able to walk very long distances. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful but there was still activity, as people rode by in vehicles and bikes. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the night life North Myrtle Beach offered only a short drive away. I highly recommend for others traveling with family of various ages. Thank you Michael for allowing is to have a wonderful mini-vacation.

Nice, quiet stay

Location was quiet and less busy than other areas we have stayed. I loved that! Convenient to beach-teens could go back and forth alone since it was just across one street. Beds were comfortable. Heater worked well. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes which we used daily. Tvs in each room gave kids time and space away from each other to unwind at the end of the day. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit.

My wife and I bought this property in 2004 as a 2nd home . We enjoyed this property for many many years with our family and friends . Memories that will last a lifetime!
As our kids get older we can’t use it as much as we used to , so as of last year we started using Vrbo to let others enjoy this wonderful place and create their own memories !

The reason why we chose his property to purchase was the location of it . It’s directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean ! So the convenience of having to walk two minutes back-and-forth just makes life a lot easier especially when you have children !

The benefits of this location is not just the quick beach access , Also what North Myrtle Beach has to offer, such as great restaurants, shopping, golf and nightlife such as Bearfoot landing only 15 minutes away !
