Beautiful, classic yet updated beach home only 2 blocks from Cherry Grove Beach. Located on 24th Ave N, North Myrtle Beach for reference. Ideal home for a fun-filled family vacation, golf trip reunion or relaxing couple’s retreat. Brand new floors, furniture appliances and mattresses as of 2023! Golf cart is NO longer included (totaled in Hurricane Ian flooding Sept 2022). Check out Salty Frye’s Golf Carts on Sea Mountain Hwy for rentals if you’re interested! Just a two minute walk from the house.

4 bedrooms and 3 full baths to accommodate 9 guests total. Kitchen and bathrooms are all recently renovated. En-suite master bath.

Only one dog allowed, less than 50 lbs. Nonrefundable $100 pet fee.

We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and more for a one stop, fun filled vacation! New fence for back yard May 2021 with privacy fence for you, your kiddos, and pup to enjoy.

In addition to being a 4-minute walk to the beach, our beach house is within steps of everything you need: grocery store, liquor store, ice cream, beach store, bar, gas station/convenience store, restaurants and more. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to all your vacation wants and needs!

Kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances (2023), complete with dishwasher, 12 pot drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Propane gas grill for cookouts. Dining room table for family meals in. Table in the screened in front porch, rocking chairs and 2 fans along with the ocean breeze for relaxing, mosquito free outdoor dining.

Our beach house includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, complementary high speed Wi-Fi perfect for work from home, TVs in living room and bedrooms. There is live TV provided through the Hulu app.

Free parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway. No boats or motorcycles.

Accessibility: There are no steps up to or within the property. There is a slight lip to step over at the front door, but no stairs. Two of the bathrooms have showers only with a slight lip to step over and one has a tub/shower combo perfect for a relaxing bubble bath or bath time for the little ones.

Please note, we do not allow motorcycles, boats or RVs on our property.

The fireplace is closed and not currently operational. Do not attempt to use.

COVID status: Please note our cancellation policy BEFORE you book. Please check whether fear of covid is covered by any travel or cancellation insurance policies BEFORE you purchase them. Most insurance policies don't cover cancellations due to covid. We have a professional cleaning service come service the condo between every guest. We also have professionally laundered linens.

The beach is just a short walk, 2 blocks down the street, to miles of pristine beach, perfect for collecting seashells, building sandcastles with the kids, or a relaxing afternoon with your favorite book on the beach. You’re also walking distance to the famous 985-foot Cherry Grove Pier with a two-story observation deck offering fishing fun for the entire family. Head over to A to Z Chillin N Grillin or Dairy Hut for a quick bite or some ice cream before enjoying a night on the town.

We are minutes away from shopping, dining, championship golf courses, miniature golf for the kids and other North Myrtle Beach attractions. There are fishing opportunities all around, from deep-sea fishing charters to inlet boat fishing trips.
