✾ You will have access to the whole chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a few storage spaces.

✾ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual with important and easily accessible information about the chalet, as well as recommendations for activities and shops nearby.

*PETS*
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. Dogs are not allowed on the upper floors. Additional fees: $100 per stay. Please notify us in advance and provide documentation if you have a service dog.

We do not accept any other pets.

*ACCESSIBILITY*
In case of a winter storm, a 4x4 vehicle or studded tires are required to ascend the hill to the chalet. This cannot be avoided. In summer, there is no issue with access.

*SMART TVs*
Our 2 livingrooms features smart TVs, you can easily connect to your own streaming accounts. (Netflix, Prime, YouTube ... )

*NOISE*
To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly forbidden. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable volume in the evening, especially outdoors.

*FIREPLACES / LOGS*
An indoor and outdoor wood-burning fireplace are available. Guests must bring their own firewood, kindling, and a lighter. Firewood can be purchased nearby; details are in the Guest Manual provided after booking.

The outdoor fireplace is only available to use in the warm season.

*SPA*
The hot tub is available all year round. Guests must bring their own towels for the use of the hot tub.

*CHARGING STATION*
We provide a charging station for electric vehicles. Tesla owners must bring their own adapter.
