The upper level offers a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish living area, which opens onto a furnished balcony. It's also air-conditioned throughout, and located just a short distance from the Hamilton Island Marina.

Location.
On the Marina side of the island, this apartment is just a short buggy ride to all of the attractions and activities on Front Street, near the Hamilton Island Marina.

Outdoor space.
Relax on your covered outdoor entertaining area, which offers water and bushland views.

Layout.
Split over two levels, the property features the kitchen and dining areas on the top floor, and the bedrooms downstairs.

Pool.
Guests have access to the shared Panorama lagoon pool.

Views.
Enjoy beautiful views over natural bushland to the turquoise Whitsunday waters.

Rooms.
There are two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite. The second room has a king bed that can be split into two singles. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge room.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self catering a breeze.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
