Spanning three levels, Beauford offers plenty of space for everyone. The open-concept main floor includes a living room, kitchen, and dining area, while four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide comfort on the upper and lower levels. Outside, enjoy a large flat yard and patio for relaxing.

Guest access
The smart lock with a personalized code provides you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience. However, I am available anytime to address any questions or assist in case of emergency. Please note that I live nearby and may stop by unannounced to verify the number of guests, their identities, and adherence to the house rules.

Cleaning & Sanitizing
The disinfectants used are both safe and effective. There is a minimum 24-hour gap between stays to ensure thorough cleaning. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this.

Pet Policy
A maximum of 2 pets are authorized upon agreement and you must adhere to the pet policy. Note that the yard is not fully fenced. No pet will be allowed on couches or beds, or in the bath or shower. There are bowls for water and food, a dog towel and poop bags. Don't forget to bring his favorite pillow!

Included Services
The rental price includes heating, propane (for the range, fireplace, and BBQ), electricity, cable TV, unlimited 120 Mbps Wifi internet, Disney+, and Netflix (already logged in). There is no landline telephone on site, but cellular service is excellent. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided for service outages.

Bathroom Essentials
Bathroom towels, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, laundry detergent, toilet paper and kleenex, as well as an iron and iron board.

Bedroom Essentials
All the bed linen is included. There are many pillows, luxurious linens, extra warm duvets as well as pillow and mattress protectors. Additional linen for the futon and extra pillows can be found in the wardrobes.

Kitchen Essentials
Plate & bowls, utensils, knives, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pots, pans, crock-pot, baking and muffin pans, baking utensils, cake mold, blender, hand mixer, strainer, Keurig single serve coffee maker & milk frother, coffee maker (filter), kettle, toaster, microwave, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and tea towels.

Coffee and Tea
You'll find coffee filters, 10 K-cups (including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate), salt and pepper, cooking oil, and some spices available.

Children
There is a booster seat that can be used on any chair, utensils and plates, as well as some story books and crayons. Every bed has a waterproof mattress protector and there is a safety gate at the top of each staircase.

Parking and Snow Removal
The driveway accommodates up to six cars. A snow removal service will clear the parking area, and a manual shoveler will handle the entrance and balcony after snowstorms (over 2 inches). Please note that their arrival times may vary, and the work typically takes about 20 minutes. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, two shovels will be available for use at the cottage.
