To the north of the kitchen, you'll find two guest bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. The property also includes a washer and dryer, as well as covered parking for one vehicles.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main guest bedrooms are equipped with king bed, ceiling fan, closet space, and patio access, along with a 50-inch Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms featuring a queen bed, ceiling fan, large closet, a 42-inch Smart TV, and plenty of natural light.



RULES

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, no parties. Pool Heat is not included. For the cancellation policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.



PETS

This home allows one dog, no more than 35 pounds. The pet fee is $250.
