Located on the 5th green of Palm Desert resort golf course. A recently updated two bedroom condo with all the amenities of home!. 24 hour Guard gated community, with a golf course and club house, Seven (7) tennis courts, Including a stadium seating court. One of the best pickle ball clubs in the Coachella Valley, With 28 Pickle ball courts. 20 Salt Water pools and spas that are all heated during the season. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome. close to restaurants, shopping, bars, and gold courses. Museums, the Theater, and Casinos.

The condo was updated on 6/1/2023 Updates include re textured and repainted ceilings . New paint and new base boards in the two bedrooms and master bath. New tile floors in both bedrooms and hall. And new lighting in master bedroom and bathroom. One of the quietest locations at the Palm Desert Resorter.

Although there is not a fitness center on site. We are very close to Fit in 42 which is located on Country club drive. And also EOS fitness which is also on Country club drive Both are a short 5 minute drive from the rental.

All bedroom linens , pillows, mattress pads are new.

Property has a short term rental certificate displayed in unit. STR2023-0379 Valid Through July 26.

We had great stay at the Palm Desert Resort. David was very prompt with communications and answered all our questions helpfully. The condo was well stocked with cleaning and laundry supplies - and a well-equipped kitchen.We enjoyed the scope for walking on the resort property. Had a great Thanksgiving dinner at the clubhouse.

Wonderful getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much from the day we arrived to the very last moment we had to leave! Our host was extremely concerned about our comfort and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable! Kitchen was even stocked with a bunch of goodies! We can only highly recommend and are looking forward to a return visit!

Desert playground

Great location with very well appointed furnishings. Easy to get to the many golf courses in the area. Wonderful patio to sit and have cocktails in the evening. David is a thoughtful host and was in communication whenever we needed him. Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

Condo is nicely furnished and kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Master bath is a bit small and unit overall could use some updated appliances and window coverings, otherwise it would rate 5 stars for location, cleanliness, linens and cleaning supplies as well as great owner communication. Would certainly rent it again in the future.

Excellent location and great host

Very clean and excellent communication by host. There could be a couple of upgrades like the sofa (not very comfortable) and the bedroom TV wasn’t working very well—it’s not a smart TV and you cannot cast and there is a written list of things to trouble shoot with that T V so that should be a quick and cheap upgrade. We recommend this host!

Hi Fred, Thank you for staying at our property, and taking time to provide a review. I am sorry to hear you did not find the couch comfortable. I have not heard that comment from other guests. The base cushions are firm, the back pillows are a little softer, and we provide decorative pillows, as an added support option. The couch is newer, and also has a pullout in for overflow guests. I will take your feedback under advisement. As it relates to the bedroom t v. It is a smart t.v. It, runs on Vifi signal. On occasion the WiFi signal may fall away, I wish you would have reached out, I would have walked through reset if you had an issue. The T V is set for people who want to take advantage of the over 700 cable channels that are available. There was a second remote to use smart t v / Roku functionality. I will work to provide clear instructions to ensure, guests have what they need relative to what they need in the secondary t.v. Thank you again, for choosing our property and providing feedback to ensure a quality guest experience.

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this desert retreat. The place is very well stocked with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are comfortable, the amenities are great, and David went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property, and are looking forward to staying here again the next time we’re in the area.

12 beautiful sunny days!

We loved our location and all the amenities in the two bedroom condo. The owner was so communicative and helpful. We golfed, played tennis and pickleball. Very good experiences! We loved the golf course! It was a wonderful vacation!

New Favorite

Easily the best VRBO we have stayed in! David has thought of everything. The condo is well stocked with all the essentials and more that we needed for our 16 night stay. The golf course is our new favorite. We loved the whole community. We would highly recommend and will most certainly be back! Thank you David for sharing your condo with us!

Winter get away

At the last minute because of water damage in the original property we booked, we were fortunately able to book with David. He was very informative about the resort and always checking in to see if we needed anything. The place is well equipped even though we didn’t do much cooking and people are very friendly. It was quiet and we learned of several nice restaurants close by.

Indian Wells Ironman

Fabulous find in Palm Desert! The location is perfect and the accommodations superb! The host David thought of everything! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to explore the area - lots of great hiking. (We were there for the Indian Wells Ironman race.) Truly an exceptional property - highly recommend! Gated community and very short walk to the pool. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, bike shop - golf, tennis, pickleball.

Fantastic

Good location on the golf course. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Very well stocked kitchen with coffee available which was nice. There was also some water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Comfortable beds and good towels and linens. David was very communicative before and during our stay and even giving some golf and restaurant recommendations. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A Perfect Vacation

Great retreat in Palm Desert

We had a fabulous first time visit to Palm Desert and loved David's condo. It is comfortable, nicely decorated and fully supplied with towels, condiments and a coffee bar. It is in a nice, gated golf course community with a great location, central to La Quinta, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. We loved watching the golfers playing on the fairway just off the patio. David was fantastic to work with and kept in communication with me from the moment we booked his condo until we checked out. I highly recommend his home and we would definitely stay there again!

Was I Dreaming???

Staying at David's place was a total dream! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The home was exactly as pictured—though honestly, even better in person. The cleanliness, the details, and the overall vibe made it feel like a home away from home.The tasteful decor, paired with the lovely views from both the primary bedroom and the living room, created a peaceful, cozy atmosphere.Convenience was key—pulling up to the door via the carport was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, and the association clearly takes care of things, ensuring a respectful and calm environment. The clubhouse was a great bonus with its own fantastic views.David thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable—from the Brita filter and cling wrap to coffee creamers. These small touches made a huge difference!The place was modern and beautifully renovated. The two spacious bedrooms provided extra privacy with thoughtful layout design. I would definitely recommend staying here!

As travelers our selves we appreciate a great location, and amenities such as a clean refreshing shower, the feel of quality linens, access to high speed Wi-Fi, and try to incorporate things we would expect in our rental for our guests.

We Choose Palm Desert Resorter as it has many of the amenities a luxury hotel would have. A fantastic golf course, beautiful views, twenty (20) pools and spas that are heated during the winter season. One of the best Tennis and Racquetball clubs in the entire desert. And a mix of friendly year round residents and short and seasonal renters.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our Property is unique in that it has a great location on the fifth fairway of the Palm Desert Resort Golf course. It's location tends to be quiet, you typically don't get the noise or high winds that some of the desert properties get. It's a compact clean space, that we tried to furnish with luxuries of home. Our kitchen is fully stocked with many amenities. We try to utilize high quality linens, and ensure our unit is neat and clean.
