Enter through your private 2-car garage or the formal front entry and step into a bright and airy living space. The large open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, all of which lead out to a screened north-facing lanai with serene lake views—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed, French door access to the lanai, and a massive en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower, all appointed in beautiful marble. The guest bedrooms, located at the front of the home, each have their own private bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for your guests. A full-size laundry room leads directly into the garage for added convenience.
Fiddler's Creek is one of Naples' most sought-after resort communities, located in the thriving Southeast Naples corridor—just 4 miles north of the bridge to Marco Island and 15 miles from the white-sand beaches and upscale shopping of Olde Naples. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, Callista #104 is the perfect home base for your Naples escape!
AMENITIES: The Callista subdivision has a beautiful pool that is walking distance from the home. Rental of Callista also comes with the option to transfer the owners' Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa membership for a one-time flat fee of $750. This provides access to the 54,000-square-foot Club & Spa featuring lagoon-style pools, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, and both casual and fine dining restaurants. The club also offers a range of activities designed to appeal to a variety of interests, from bird watching and spinning classes to wine tastings and themed dinner parties. Members can choose to do it all or simply relax poolside with a cold drink under the shade of an umbrella!
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation. All rentals in the Callista community require approval by the condo association and payment of a $2,000 refundable damage deposit that covers potential damage by the renter and guests to community amenities. This is in addition to all rental costs detailed on your price quote and must be paid by check sent directly to the Callista association. Instructions applicable forms will be provided upon booking or upon request in advance of booking.
BOOKING DETAILS: During our “peak season” of January - April, a 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.

RENTAL PURPOSE: This property is intended for single-family and transient guest rentals only - any requests for work crews require specific approval prior to booking. No commercial vehicles or work trucks may be parked on site.
COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial and/or business use of the property is not allowed, including commercial photography or filming.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
