Naples is located just 40 minute drive from RSW airport or 90 minutes from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or Miami (MIA) airports. Several low-cost airlines fly to Sarasota or Punta Gorda airports, which are also a relatively short drive away.



This Luxury Villa accommodates up to 6 people, and offers a lot of privacy!



It features 1400 square feet of luxury living space, with two bedrooms and a den, a living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a separate dining area.



The Master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The oversized master bathroom has an all-glass shower and a big tub.

The Den has a pull-out sofa and a large 55-inch flat-screen TV.

The Living Room features a leather sofa and an oversized armchair.

There is a leather love seat and a computer desk at the entrance.

Additional air mattress (queen) and playpen for small kids is available.

Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom as well as in the lanai and the living room, for better comfort, a great addition to an A/C

Numerous nature preserves and trailers are located within driving distance, as well as Everglades, Botanical Gardens, and the Naples Zoo.
