We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the nice renovations at our home. We aim to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests; when our team checked in multiple times during this stay, no issues were reported. To clarify entry, our keypad functions properly but will temporarily lock out for security if an incorrect code is entered multiple times, which is why backup lockbox access is readily available. We provide standard starter supplies of dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags for convenience, and we always encourage guests to reach out if they need extra amenities like additional towels. Regarding the misplaced glasses, we can confirm they were successfully mailed back to the address provided by your family once shipping arrangements were finalized. We take pride in our welcoming, quiet neighborhood and remain dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service.
