At the heart of the villa is an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar seating for 4, and a dining table that accommodates another 4 people. The formal dining room, (seating for 6), is just off the kitchen for easy access. The living area features a spacious L-shaped leather sofa with recliners and a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching the next big game.

The master bedroom comes with a lovely en-suite bathroom, while the queen bedroom has its own private bath, which can also be accessed from the pool area. The twin bedrooms are designed with Disney themes—one featuring Mickey and Minnie, and the other with a Pirates theme.

Outside, enjoy the south-facing heated pool and spa (additional charge for heating), ensuring plenty of sunshine throughout the day. For family fun, the games room includes a high-quality pool table and table football, making it a great spot for all ages to relax and play.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
