Great 4-bedroom house located just 10 minutes from Disney gates! Located in Indian Creek, a quiet residential neighborhood, with access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions very close by (Disney World 10 minutes, Animal Kingdom 13 minutes, Universal Studios 20 minutes, SeaWorld 20 minutes)! Updated furnishings including sofas, kitchen equipment, and much more. Screened in lanai with outdoor furniture, pool and spa! Pool & spa may be heated for an additional charge. Views of the pond, Disney fireworks, and Florida birds out the back. There are two master bedrooms in this home with ensuites. The third bathroom is located between the third and fourth bedrooms.

The home is open and spacious with cathedral ceilings and skylights.

Indian Creek features a putting tee, basketball court, tennis court and two children's playgrounds. There are also two great walking/biking trails that wind around the ponds.

Great Disney Vacay

House was centrally located to all Disney parks, restaurants, and other activities. The pool was perfect for relaxing in. Great overall stay.

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved staying here! We had 3 adults and 3 kids, there was enough to do that the kids werent constantly plugged into tablets. The pool was amazing! We loved the little touches that make it more enjoyable like fans in every room(we brought one in the garage to use while playing pool) having plenty of bake ware and cook ware so we coulr save money by not eating out every day. Right down to simple things like having cleaning supplies available. When traveling with kids its frustrating not to have a broom to clean up after them but this house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We will for sure recommend and come again! Thank you!

Very nice rental

We were impressed with this rental. The home was very clean, neat, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. There was ample cabinets for supplies. Liked the location, as we could take the dog for a morning walk around the pond located just behind the home. And Cheryl, the host was very quick to answer any questions that we had.

Great location!

The house was very clean, short drive to Disney, shopping, restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was clean and cool after a long day at the parks! We enjoyed our week here. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for us with lots of space and a kitchen with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were really nice after the long days at the parks. The location was handy and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Cheryl was always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely rent there again.

Spacious clean and convenient!

This was perfect spot for our Disney and universal adventure! The house was spacious and clean and the pool was a nice bonus! Nice neighborhood with playground and walking trails. Only a short drive to Disney! Great to be able to come home for lunch and a swim before going back for nighttime fireworks. Highly recommend this vrbo for a family!

Good Family time

The house was good and close to everything we wanted to do. The mattress could use some updating and more essentials could be available ex: TP and dishwasher soap when standing a week. But we enjoyed the house and the pool. I would recommend it to anyone that wants good family time.

Great vacation property!

Great Property, well maintained with an excellent location! The property owner was wonderful to work with and responded to our questions quickly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was, it had most of the comforts of home! I was a little disappointed that the house was not equipped with a barbeque - but we were easily able to arrange for a bbq rental for the duration of our stay. We are looking forward to a return trip in the next year or so!

Fantastic!!

This rental was perfect for my family. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room and eating areas. Our favorite was the pool area with the hot tub! So relaxing & soothing on our aching bodies after being in the parks all day. This home is very close to anything you want/need in the Disney area. Disney Vacation House

This property was accurately listed as 10-15 minutes from all Disney Parks and Disney Springs. The listing was a bit confusing, but it has 4 bedrooms. 2 queen masters with attached bathrooms. Then 1 full bedroom and 1 room with two twin beds - those share a bath in between. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. for a party of 7. The pool was well kept. Only negatives were not much to do in garage playroom - pool table only. Super loud dryer buzzer that cannot be shut off and wakes anyone sleeping. Maybe not the safest neighborhood. Abandoned house next door with overgrown lawn and algae covered pool. We never had a problem, but there is no gate in the community.

Very good 4 Corners

I stay in this area 3-4 times per year. Indian Creek doesn’t have a security gate which makes Uber/Lyft a lot easier. Being reasonable, this house at the rate/location is very good. Everything worked. Two remote workers never complained about internet. The pool area was nice. No problems. Owner reasonable. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here and would be thrilled to return in the future. It does have some mild wear and tear, but I find that typical of homes that are frequently rented out. The master bedroom was lovely and spacious, and we found the bed comfortable. Our kids were happy with their rooms and we all appreciated the multiple bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well for us, and box fans were available for those like me who need a little extra airflow and white noise to sleep. The living room was comfy, and we were pleased that there was cable tv. The pool area was great and we loved eating at the dining table outdoors. The parks were so close - loved being able to see fireworks from the pool area. We would be thrilled to return in the future!

Nice house for family/ group

We thoroughly enjoyed this properly. We had the pool and Jacuzzi heated and enjoyed using it, even when the weather was not great. The bedrooms are spaced well enough to have some privacy. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery. There were extra blankets in each closet. There were beach towels also. Oddly enough there were only a few wash clothes. The only problem we had was the fact there were no tips on the pool sticks. We were really hoping to play billiards

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was great. Great location!! Furthest park is Universal, but still very doable. The other parks (Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Magic Kingdom) were about a 15 minute drive. And we could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the screened porch each night! We brought our dog and she did really well. Set up was great and it had everything that we needed. Whenever we return to the area, we will definitely look up this VRBO to use again. Property owner was super responsive and great to work with. The place needed a little TLC, but that just shows how well this house is used and the awesome times it provides to families. Loved the pool table also! The pool and hot hub were very much enjoyed as well. Overall, a fantastic stay! Thank you!! :)

Over all nice home

Over all a nice home. It could use some more care. There were small bugs on the counters. The red couches looked dirty, did not feel comfortable sitting on them so we covered them with blankets. The blankets they had looked terrible too. The towels could be replaced they were extremely worn out and dingy. The blinds need fixing. I opened them up and a few panels fell off. Also it would of been nice to have some of the basics necessaries like dishwasher soap. With the hose small tweaks it would of been perfect.

Was great, but....

House was nice - clean, pool & hot tub, great location. Problem was that a smoke detector kept going off in the middle of the night EVERY NIGHT, so we didn't sleep much. We did call the property manager each time, and they would send someone out (we had to arrange for our pet sitter to let them in) - but they never fixed the problem, as it would just go off the next night too. They did apologize, which was appreciated, but no offer of anything else as a way of saying "sorry for the time & hassle & lack of sleep". If you can get a guarantee that the smoke detectors are working before you arrive, you will probably like the house.

Fun family time. No complaints.

Comfortable home. Pool as described. Air conditioning worked great. Super easy check-in. A few observations: Pool needed cleaned. A lot of debris and some green spots. But not so much you didn't want to be in it. I wish there was an option for the hot tub to be heated. Otherwise, it is just a wasted space. Screen had two holes at the bottom, one was fixed while we were there. Very close to freeway, so a lot of noise from that in the pool area. House could use a good cleaning of walls and floors. Beds are so-so. Not the worst, but definitely need updated. All appliances worked, we had no issues or complaints to report really. Wifi worked fine as did the tv. Very close to shopping, dining, entertainment. About 15 min drive to Disney Springs. For the price, a really good place to stay.

This villa has had a hard life.

So, first of all we didn’t have a terrible holiday in this villa, there was no ‘deal breaker’ just a disappointing experience. On entering the villa we were immediately disappointed. Every wall in every room is scuffed, marked, scratched, dented. It doesn’t look like it’s been painted in years and it shows. The furniture is shoddy, headboards worn, surfaces bubbling, we opened a chest of drawers and the handle fell off, lights are missing light bulbs, the beige shag pile carpet in the two double bedrooms is all stretched and stained and the velvet sofa was horrible, the arms looked greasy probably with suntan lotion on hands, the cushions were marked and covered with dog hairs!!! We had to buy a huge throw to cover it. The pool had sand on the bottom of it which was there when we arrived and still there when we left despite the ‘pool man’ coming twice in the 2 weeks. The lanai is ripped so when the garden team came each week and cut and strimmed the grass the pool ended up with a light covering of grass which we had to try and scoop out. The air con doesn’t go under 72 degrees and there’s a notice to say that if you try to turn it colder (you can’t, it’s locked) the system will freeze and you’ll be liable for getting it fixed. 72 degrees isn’t low enough to have a comfortable nights sleep. There is a dual carriageway at the other side of the pond approx 200m away from the back fence. It’s busy from 7am to 7pm. You can clearly hear the traffic when sitting by the pool. We had an issue on our first night (bad luck for us) that the electronic keypad front door lock stopped working once we got into the house at approx 7pm. We tried phoning the maintenance team but they close at 6pm. We tried phoning the owner but she didn’t reply for 2 hours and even then her text message suggestion didn’t work. We had to pull a table across the front door to ‘secure’ it when we went to bed. It wasn’t a great nights sleep and there’s no safe in the villa. Thankfully a phone call to the maintenance team first thing in the morning had a handyman out within an hour to replace the whole unit. On a positive note it was a great location.

The host was extremely communicative and responsive, which is always a plus and, considering where we were going, the location was perfect.The home itself was lovely and very clean! The only downside was that all of the beds were very firm/hard, which is helpful to know before staying somewhere. Even so, we would still recommend the property.
