Villa Bonita a 3 bedroom & 3 1/2 bath turnkey pool villa. Fine craftsmanship and attention to detail with beautiful finishes. All on one level accessibility with no stairs. 3 primary suites with en-suite baths. Easy driveway with flat ample parking. Central air through out the whole villa. Water views from covered and uncovered deck area. Gourmet kitchen, dining and living all in the great room. 10 minutes to Cruz Bay /  20 minutes to north shore beaches. Villa has backup power in case of an outage.

Serene.

Lovely house and secluded location. 15-20 mins from Cruz Bay. Steep driveway. Southern exposure so little shade on deck or windows to the inside from noon on. Hosts could not have been better.

Great location, great views

The property is an easy drive to Cruz Bay. Great view from the deck overlooking Fish Bay. House was very modern and updated. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this house to anyone.

Great Place - Great Location!

My friends and I enjoyed a week long stay at Villa Bonita. Great location and easy to find. The villa has everything you could want/need for your stay. Pool was great and we enjoyed taking a swim almost every evening. Great communication and easy check in/out process. Highly recommend!

Villa Bonita, Fish Bay, St John

Wonderful, memorable stay in Fish Bay on St. John for a family of five (parents and 3 young adults over 18). Nice view of Bay and mountainside. Clean, upscale. Pictures don’t do it justice! Great communication with Dayna the property manager who lives in the bay as well. Jeep or other 4WD/AWD vehicle strongly recommended for navigating the beautiful island. Highly recommended property on St. John for a family.

Beautiful and Remote

The house itself was wonderful for our family of 5. Wonderful back deck with a great view and a small pool (trust them when they say there are mosquitos - my spouse got eaten alive). NOTE: It is not very close to town or easily accessible beaches. If you aren't comfortable driving 15-20 minutes on very difficult roads, left side of the street with huge hills and blind corners you might rethink. I'm not sure if they are planning on replacing the refrigerator. Also, one bizarre feature - there is a person who pulls a white truck in about 15 yards from the pool through some bamboo and plays 1980s music really loudly all day - can be a major distraction if you are just looking at lounging around at the pool for an afternoon. The driveway is treacherous - if you pull too far to the right, your car could literally get stuck on a sidehill. We made all of our meals and the kitchen was nice - (they need a workable can opener). You have to go outside to access two of the bedrooms. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed it. Got great weather. Enjoy exploring the other side of the island - great memories of Salt Pond Bay Beach!

Gorgeous Villa

This couldn’t have been a more perfect Villa to stay at! The views were simply gorgeous, the pool was awesome after a long day at the beach, rooms were spacious and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house had everything you could think of that you will need for your stay. Our greeter and the owner were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Wonderful

This place was exactly as described. The pool was wonderful, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy - it was wonderful. The neighborhood is extremely safe as well. I strongly recommend bug spray as the t-rex no-see-ums are brutal at times.

Spectacular Property

Property was perfect for couples wanting to get away! Separated rooms so it had some privacy away from each other but perfect large room for gathering and socializing. The property manager was professional and accommodating in every way. The view from the pool deck was spectacular, especially during sunsets. It’s a short drive to Cruz bay but far enough to avoid the loud nightlife. Thank you for the accommodations and have a happy new year!

Amazing view!

We had a great stay, loved the property and loved Saint John, we will be back soon. The restaurants in town are amazing no need to cook. But we did use the kitchen for breakfast. The pool and deck are great to sit read. Great time, Great house

Great house!

We recently stayed at Villa Bonita and the house was lovely. As a family of four with two adult children, the two bedrooms off the pool were a perfect escape and provided privacy. Would be great for three couples as well. As noted in another review, two beach chairs were broken. We purchased an inexpensive camp chair and left for others to use. The beach towels were great and the cooler very useful. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others.

Rooms with views

We stayed for 6 days and had a greet time. We loved the fact that the house had afternoon sun and we could enjoy the pool after spending time at the beach. We used all three rooms but to access everything but the master required you to walk outside by the pool. This was fine for us with our 13 and 18 year old boys but it might be a concern for people with younger children.The third room did not have internet access but the rest of the house did. The house provided a large cooler on wheels and we used it daily to bring lunch and drinks to the beach.The house provided 3 beach chairs but 2 were broken so we rented 3 chairs for the week. It would have been have better to have working chairs at the house. It looked like someone may have been too heavy and bent the metal on the chairs. I would rent this house again and recommend renting this house.It would be perfect for 3 couples as well as a family. You will need to rent a vehicle because cabs would be expensive use constantly. We were brought to the property by Mr Piper and he explained the house to us.

Comfortable stay with amazing views!

We had a very nice stay at this VRBO property. First, communication from the beginning was excellent - from the booking process to arrival. A representative met us upon our arrival on St. John, and thank goodness!!! We may have not found the property without him! The property itself is beautiful. Well appointed, plush towels, comfortable bedding. The pool was sparkling clean. We cooked quite a bit, and the appliances were perfect. I wish there had been a few extras in the kitchen (ie, salt, dish soap, spices) but it wasn't a deal breaker. We purchased and hopefully they were left for the next guests. We did have a slight issue with the AC and ceiling fan in one bedroom, but we called and they promptly fixed it the next day. As a bonus, they also provided us with beach towels and chairs to use for the week, which was a nice perk! Thanks for a lovely stay...we hope to return again some day! Jen, Matt, Mike, and Sandy
