Breathtaking Views at Unicorn By The Sea Villa

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Unicorn By The Sea has 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Breathtaking views, swimming pool, BBQ Grill, and Gourmet Kitchen. The main house has 2 Master Suite Bedrooms on the bottom level and there is a separate cottage with an additional queen bed with full bathroom and kitchenette. The property is very private, you can not see any neighbors and they can not see you. Fish Bay is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the Beach with your loved ones. You'll have a wonderful time stargazing at night and drinking coffee before kickstarting your adventure each day!

The house is equipped with a Tesla solar system and backup generator, so you will never have to worry about power going out (a common occurrence on St John). The cisterns have been deep cleaned and the water is treated with a top of the line filtration system, so there is no need to buy bottled water like at most houses on St John. The house has local internet service as well as StarLink (satelite internet) to insure maximum internet reliability. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! We love this property and we're confident you will love staying there as much as we do! Unicorn has some of the most amazing views on the island! You won't regret it :-)

Great spot. We had 6 people stay for 5 nights. The view speaks for itself. The pool was a fun place to hang out. The kitchen is well supplied. We had a small issue with the grill but the property owner was very responsive and worked to solve the issue.Eating dinner in the open air kitchen was a highlight. We all were comfortable and would stay here again.

Gorgeous property! Comfy beds, clean, lots of kitchen gadgets. Fun small pool for the kids. Also beach chairs, towels, cooler all provided. Thanks so much! Hope to return!

Great Location

This spot is perfect if you want to be out of town and away from the crowd. The view is amazing. Our 3 girls were comfy together in the guest room. The home owner and local manager were very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Escape

This property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for a fabulous stay in St John. The view from the main room and kitchen are gorgeous and a perfect place to enjoy meals together. The pool area is relaxing, comfortable and just so lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean, private, have ample space and are perfectly outfitted. The host was so kind, friendly and helpful and always willing to help whenever we had questions about the house or the island! Would definitely love to stay here again if we are in St. John again.

Awesome stay at Fish Bay!

This is a great cottage-feel villa with an outstanding view of Fish Bay and Ditliff Point! Plenty of room to spread out with two large primary suites and a very spacious detached guest cottage next to pool. Location is so convenient to Cruz Bay and beaches yet feels more quiet and private than other bays we've stayed. Would highly recommend!

Such a gem!

We absolutely loved staying at unicorn by the sea. Its views were amazing and the house had absolutely anything and everything we could need for our stay. Very well appointed it was clean and well designed/decorated. We will definitely be back. This place is a total find!

Beautiful and perfect vacation!

We just spent an amazing week at Unicorn By the Sea. The views from the house are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. At night the sky is full of stars. The house was so clean, the amenities were fantastic. We will definitely be returning!!

THE WALK IN VIEW IS SO MAJESTIC AND BEAUTIFUL. The open kitchen overlooking Fish Bay is like a dream come true. It's so incredibly calming, beautiful and the entire Villa is gorgeous. You walk in and immediately feel like Royalty.

We loved our stay here! The property is gorgeous and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs. John and the rest of the Unicorn team were so accommodating and kind. The landscaping around the pool was beautiful and the views are incredible. The villa is quiet and private with a lot of wildlife. We saw lizards, deer, iguanas, and a darling family of 4 stray cats hung out in the woods nearby. The black and white kitten is so friendly! Check your hood before leaving because one of the black kittens had snuck in our engine! Interacting with them was a highlight of our trip. The location in Fish Bay is perfect and I’m glad we chose to stay here instead of other areas we looked at on the island as it’s tranquil here but only 10 mins from the business & amenities in Cruz Bay. (Taxi 80ish for 6 people) Highly recommend and would stay at Unicorn By the Sea again!

Great property with amazing views and beautiful landscaping

Unicorn by The Sea was by far the nicest villa we’ve rented in St. John. The views were stunning, the property was clean and very well kept. The location is quiet and just far enough out of town to get away from the noise. I can’t say enough about this property. The owner and caretaker were both very nice, easy to talk to, and were very helpful.

Amazing vacation!

We LOVED St. Johns and Fish Bay was the way to go. This house is so adorable, and just perfect! The owner went out of his way to gives us ideas, info, suggestions etc. The views are WOW! We spent our time enjoying the balconys, patio, and fabulous open air spaces. We will be back!

Amazing house with spectacular views

Great property overall. Amazing views and no alarm clock needed where you can wake up naturally with the sunrise. Then you can work your way out to the deck on any floor and absorb your view into paradise. The owner John is very responsive to any questions and was a great host to our family vacation in St. John.

Beautiful home and views on an amazing island

Check-in was simple as we were met by the caretaker who walked us through the property. The owners notes about the islands was incredibly helpful. The house was a great mix of air conditioned locations and open Caribbean style spaces. The view is spectacular, and you can see St. Croix on most days. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout was great for cooking. Internet was reliable and allowed us to work remotely for a couple days. Having the solar and battery backups was critical, as the power on the island is not reliable. I highly recommend this property, and I am planning a return trip in the near future.

We are a young family who fell in love with St John after our first visit to the island. We stayed on St. Thomas the first time we went to USVI and took a ferry over to St John for the day. After experiencing the beauty of the island and the north shore beaches, we knew St John was where we wanted to spend as much time as possible together. We started coming to the island frequently and learned as much as we could about the real estate market. After over a year of searching for a house, we finally came across Unicorn By The Sea. The house is stunning. The flowers, landscaping, and amazing views made the house stand out from the hundreds of houses we looked at. The previous owners owned the house for 18 years and it was a successful rental. In April of 2021 we took over ownership and have been updating and upgrading the house ever since. We plan to spend 2-3 months out of the year on St John making memories with our family and updating the property with new furniture and nicer amenities. We look forward to hosting you and showing why Unicorn is such an amazing place.

After over a year of searching for a house, we finally came across Unicorn By The Sea. The house is breathtaking. The flowers, landscaping, and amazing views made the house stand out from hundreds of other houses we looked at on the island. It's convenient to Cruz Bay while still offering serenity and privacy. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beach. We enjoy stargazing at night on the patio with our family. It's so peaceful hearing the sounds of the ocean and the wildlife in Fish Bay.

One of the best views on the island. Amazing ocean views from every room. Completely private, you can not see neighbors. You feel like you have all of Fish Bay to yourself.
