Welcome to our new spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home on an 80 foot wide deep water canal with a 60 foot dock only 1500 feet from the peaceful open waters of Pine Channel. The dock is equipped with a ladder and ample fenders and cleats to secure your boat. Our canal enters Pine Channel south of the Overseas Highway Bridge ,so any guests with sailboats need not worry about clearance under the bridge to access the Atlantic Ocean. We have a 28 night minimum stay so that you have ample time to relax and truly have a memorable vacation . Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Our comfortable covered rear porch and front 10 ft by 10 ft deck offers our guests so many ways to enjoy the beautiful views of the peaceful canal and amazing Florida Keys sunsets in the western sky. From our front deck you will have amazing views of Pine Channel and the Overseas Highway Bridge. Relax at night with your favorite drink and marvel at the spectacular site of the stars illuminating the ocean"s universe The rear covered porch and front deck are easily accessed from the kitchen making outdoor dining extremely convenient . The house sports a spacious layout with the large kitchen, dining area and great room all completely open to each other. We have made every effort to supply you with every kitchen appliance and utensil needed for a great family vacation. The entire home boasts 9 ft ceiling and many large windows. The large master bedroom has a convenient walk in closet and an extremely roomy bath with an over sized double vanity ,a tub and separate shower .The double vanity is well appointed the mirror and lighting. The fan in the bathroom is on a separate switch. The bedroom is handsomely furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night tables ,and full size dresser and a Smart TV. The other two comfortably sized bedrooms have a queen size bed, night table and chest with large closets. All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and Smart TVs The comfortable hall bath has a vanity with mirror and lighting , a combination tub/shower. The sumptuous great room is open to the bright and cheery kitchen and spacious dining area and overlooks the rear covered porch and deck and canal. It is furnished with a queen sized sleep sofa, two end tables, two very comfortable chairs with a table in between them. The very comfortable kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator ,stove , dish washer , microwave and toaster oven . The kitchen boasts an expansive island with four stools so the family can enjoy each-other`s company . The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable utensil. The dining area is over sized with a large table with ample room for eight chairs. The home is centrally air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans . There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the great room. We supply free strong and reliable WIFI making working from the house very easy. The house and dock are only 1500 ft from the open waters of Pine Channel. Our home in paradise is only 500 ft from a service marina with dockside fill up. In 5 minutes you will be in Pine Channel and then you can run your boat south to New Found Harbor where you will find small islands with cozy sand bars . Head a little further and find the famous Looe Key Reef for some breath taking snorkeling. Or you may choose to head north to the back country and explore the beauty and serenity of the exotic sandbars of Marvin Key , Snipes Key and Content Key. On the way back, stop off at Kiki`s Sandbar Grill with its own dock and enjoy a cool drink while rehashing the excitement of the day. The incredible and world famous Bahia Honda Beach State Park is only a 10 minute ride. And of course fun filled Key West is just a short drive away. The home is terrifically located and truly has everything you need to have a wonderful and memorable time in paradise We have a 28 night minimum stay and request that our vacationers book those 28 nights within the same month or a few days there of.
