Wow!!! Our new spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home on a 60 foot wide deep water canal with a 60 foot dock only 1500 feet from the peaceful waters of Kemp Channel. Our dock is equipped with a ladder, and ample fenders and cleats to secure your boat . Our canal enters Kemp Channel just to the north of the Overseas Highway Bridge ,so our guests bringing their boats have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the north. We have a 28 night minimum stay so that you have ample time to relax and truly have a memorable vacation . Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Our comfortable and spacious 10 ft by 20 ft deck offers our guests so many ways to enjoy the beautiful views of the peaceful canal and amazing Florida Keys sunsets in the western sky. The deck is right off the kitchen making outdoor dining simple and amazing. We have a large outdoor table and chairs on the deck and another table under the house. Under the entire house are beautiful stone pavers to make an afternoon break in the shade very special. Relax at night on the deck or dock with your favorite drink and marvel at the spectacular site of the stars illuminating the ocean"s universe Across the street in front of the house is a large and serene nature reserve affording our guests a true sense of peace and quiet. The house sports a spacious layout with the large kitchen, dining area and great room all completely open to each other. We have made every effort to supply you with every kitchen appliance and utensil needed for a great family vacation. The entire home boasts 9 ft ceiling and many large windows. The large master bedroom on one side of the house has a convenient walk in closet and an extremely roomy bath with an over sized double vanity and roomy walk in shower The double vanity is well appointed the mirror and lighting. The fan in the bathroom is on a separate switch.The bedroom is handsomely furnished with a queen size bed, 2 night tables ,and full size dresser. The other two comfortably sized bedrooms on the other side of the house have a queen size bed, night table and chest with large closets. All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a Smart TVs The comfortable hall bath which services the two separate bedrooms has a vanity with mirror and lighting , and a combination tub/shower. Our guests will enjoy the privacy of the split bedroom layout making it very attractive for two couples or a couple wanting privacy from the kids. The sumptuous great room is open to the bright and cheery kitchen and spacious dining area and overlooks the rear deck and canal. It is furnished with a queen sized sleep sofa, two end tables, two very comfortable chairs with a table in between them and Smart TV. The very comfortable kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator ,stove , dish washer , microwave and toaster oven . The kitchen boasts an expansive island with four stools so the family can enjoy each-other`s company . The kitchen is fully stocked with every imaginable utensil. The dining area is over sized with a large table with ample room for eight chairs. The home is centrally air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans . There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the great room. We supply free strong and reliable WIFI making working from the house very easy. The house is only 1500 ft from the open waters of Kemp Channel. Once in Kemp Channel heading south will bring you to small islands with cozy sand bars and refreshing tropical breezes. Heading a little further south will bring you to Looe Reef, a spectacular coral reef with world famous snorkeling. Or you may choose to head north to the back country and explore the beauty and serenity of the exotic sandbars of Marvin Key , Snipes Key and Content Key.On the way back enjoy a cool drink while rehashing the excitement of the day.The incredible and world famous Bahia Honda Beach State Park is only a 10 minute ride. And of course fun filled Key West is just a short drive away. The home is terrifically located and truly has everything you need to have a wonderful and memorable time in paradise.We have a 28 night minimum stay and request that our vacationers book those 28 nights within the same month or a few days there of. Great fun Ahead!!!

Location was great

House in what you call very new. Plenty of parking. Great access to gulf and Atlantic for fishing. Restaurant's very convenient as well as grocery shopping.

This property was immaculate! Perfectly cleaned and inviting. Very well stocked with any item you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, and so were the neighbors. The owner(s) were always fast and clear in their responses. They helped/explained any question I had before, during and after my stay. Very nice experience all the way around.

Florida Keys Experiment

This is the first time staying in the area for an extended period of time and taking our boat. It was exactly what we hoped for! Would definitely do it again!

Great place to stay!

Very comfortable house with lots of room, a the amenities you need, and a super host. Just a short walk from from lots of restaurants and stores. We were even able to obtain an additional freezer for our stay with the help of the host.

Paradise Found

This property was perfect - new, extremely clean, well-decorated, and great location. It was an easy drive North to Big Pine Key, Bahia Honda, Marathon, and Islamorada. Only 22 miles to the Key West airport. If you’re patient and willing to walk in Key West, you can find plenty of free parking. I rented a bicycle from Tom’s on Big Pine Key. They delivered and picked up. The Square Grouoer, 420 Lounge, and Broil on Cudjoe Key were all excellent. Don’t miss Baby’s Coffee for turkey/cheddar, bacon mozzarella, or Cuban bagels and coffee. They also cater to bicyclists! The house itself is gorgeous. The floor is all tile so it was easy to sweep and keep clean. The kitchen was mostly well-stocked. There are wine glasses but all the other cups were plastic so I purchased souvenir pint glasses and rock glasses For our beer and mixed drinks. The beds were comfortable. The biggest improvement to the house would be comfortable furniture. The couch did not look old, but it sagged terribly in the middle and was not comfortable. The 4 chairs in the living room are not comfortable lounging chairs. If your family wants to watch tv or a movie together, only the 2-3 people on the couch will be mildly comfortable. I did not spend a lot of time in the house so this was only a minor annoyance. There is a table on the deck with 6 chairs and a table under the house with 6 chairs. It would be really nice if there were some heavy duty chaise lounge chairs in the gravel between the deck and the dock as that is the area with the most sun. There were lots of windows, which I kept open all month to enjoy the cross breezes and fresh air. The laundry room is in its own room, which is nice because you can shut the door. The washer and dryer are new. Be sure to stop by the store and pick up necessities like tp, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, and toiletries. The house had a few small bars of soap, a few rolls of tp, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, a few trash bags, and bounce sheets. I’m not sure if these items were stocked or simply left by others. There were 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pickle ball set, 2 floating rings, 2 pool noodles, a frisbee, and a soccer ball in the house. It would be a great bonus if bikes or a kayak were provided with the house, but you can easily rent from nearby locations. The house is on a very quiet and safe street. Property owners were responsive to all communication! I’ll rent again if I get back to KW!

Brand new property that was clean and in a good location. Nice canal in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved it! 3 bedrooms and lots of space to play. Thanks Arnold!
