You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

The property is accessible via the 604 bus route, which connects to the Mandurah Station. The nearest bus stop, South Yunderup Road before Murray Waters Boulevard, is approximately a 26-minute walk from the property. For more direct travel, taxi services are readily available in the area, with rates starting at approximately AUD 1.30 per kilometer. This allows for flexible and comfortable transportation to nearby attractions and amenities.

Nature/Environment Our home is set in a beautiful natural waterfront environment. From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
This property operates under a firm cancellation policy. We recommend guests take travel insurance.
No refunds are given for incorrect booking details, including wrong guest numbers or undeclared pets.
Pet-Friendly 🐾 We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets. A $150 per pet per stay fee applies and can be arranged via our guest portal prior to arrival.

Security Hold / Damage Protection A refundable security hold may be requested prior to check-in to cover accidental damage during your stay. This is handled securely through the booking platform or authorised payment method and is released after departure once the property has been checked and no issues are reported.
We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
You’re very welcome to enjoy the canoes during your stay. We just kindly ask that they are used at your own risk and that the safety waiver included in your check-in instructions is signed beforehand.
Base pricing includes up to 7 guests. The home can accommodate up to 9 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests for accurate pricing.

Super relaxing week with a glorious view. Mozzies are thirsty at dawn & dusk, so pack the aeroguard. Outside of those times, including after dark they were fine. House is well equipped and comfortable.
