Our stay at Oak Island was perfect! The house was amazing, clean, new, and very nicely decorated. The views were awesome, and it was great being so close to the water. Communication with the host was very prompt and professional. We would definitely consider staying at this house again!!

Wonderful! Very clean. Everything we needed and then some-kitchen, linens, toys! The view is spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed both porches/decks-comfortable and cozy. The synchronized evening candle display was lovely. Close to play park and groceries.

Everything was high quality from the appliances to the utensils and that includes the TVs and Decor as well! They even had plenty of Beach items that can be used and they were also very high quality! Took our own stuff so really didn't need anything but it is nice to know they have so much available because it could help save in packing to get ready. The location was fantastic as well and we highly recommend it!

By far the best beach house we’ve ever rented! The house is fully stocked, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Loved the quiet beach, park with splash pad across the street, and walkable amenities. Great communication with the property manager. Will book again!

Our family had a incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront rental! The property was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was expertly stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the provided beach towels, chairs and toys. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation rental.

This was an amazing get away! The house was great, fully stocked with everything anyone would need, location was perfect, house manager was attentive and polite, the whole process was easy, smooth, and really fun! Strongly recommend!!!!

Great location, great stay

Our group had a wonderful time at this house. We walked out the back door to the beach and then later down the road to restaurants. The house was coastal yet modern with nice finishes and every detail considered for your stay. Bryan, who was our point of contact, was communicative and accommodating. Our group left wishing we could’ve stayed another week!

It was an amazing stay. We were extremely happy with the house and its location. It was clean and comfortable for everyone in our family including my nephew who’s autistic. The owner made sure that everything we could need was there. Their attention to detail even down to labeling where each item in the kitchen should go was so well planned. We are so grateful for everything provided!

Worth It

The process was effortless, guest contact was welcoming, the house was better than expected, the area was cozy and stores and restaurants convenient. We were on the beach so enjoyed the fact that the house provided all we needed to enjoy the beach, including kites! Because we had elderly and handicapped with us the elevator was a winner.

10/10 recommend & will book again! This property is beautiful & even better than the photos. The house is well appointed with everything you’d need. It’s comfortable, spacious & clean. The outdoor space sets it apart from other rentals with two large decks & great outdoor furniture. There were ample beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks & plenty of other beach toys. It made packing much easier to show up & know everything we needed was there! Brian was communicative & kind - though we didn’t need a single thing while we were there. Proximity to the parks, concerts, farmers market, Publix & restaurants was a great location perk. A lovely OKI getaway!

We had an amazing experience. The property is first class, and the property manager is absolutely amazing. The facility was clean and ready when we checked in and there are directions and small signs for all the important equipment. The decor is well done and enhances the experience. Also, all the beach equipment is included.Great job team.

Mother’s Day Weekend / Husband’s birthday Day

Everything was wonderful and we had everything you could thinking of and more. The home had a relaxing atmosphere that I cannot put into words. I wish we could have stay longer; memories were made. There was an unforeseen issue, but it was rectified promptly. Hopefully we are able to visit again soon.

Fantastic house!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. My sister lives on oak island and we’ve visited many times and love it. So we decided to rent a house on the beach and invite extended family. The house is gorgeous. It’s beautifully decorated and very well appointed with every extra detail well thought out. The location was also perfect. We could walk across the street to farmers market and concerts. The property manager, Bryan is outstanding! I texted with him before our arrival and continued to communicate all week. There were NO issues at all just general questions and it was wonderful to have him as a contact. Recommend this property 10/10!! Hope to return again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We visited Oak Island with short notice, and were lucky enough to be the first guest to this gorgeous home! We can't say enough about the home. It was too large for our small family, but it could easily accommodate a large family or group of friends. The location is excellent, close to local restaurants and right on the beach. There is parking for at least 4 cars, and the provided beach amenities, chairs, bikes, and kayaks were great. We didn't get to use them all, but they had just about everything you need to enjoy the beach. Maybe add an umbrella or sun sail and it would be perfect. They also have an outdoor shower! The house was furnished beautifully, the finishes were high quality and we enjoyed the living space. The kitchen was fully and well stocked, everything labeled nicely (very helpful). Excellent coffee setup, with K Cups and flavored syrups (which our kids looooved). All of the kitchenware was nice, and spices etc. provided as well. Very nice job. The downstairs deck is very cozy with a firepit table and soft seating. Upstairs, the sun deck has a shaded section as well, so that's nice. We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication was great throughout as well! Beautiful!

WOW! What a fabulous location—just steps from the ocean and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops! This home is absolutely perfect. The owners truly thought of every detail to make the trip incredible. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this rental is on another level. This house is full of special surprises.!The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some! All the cookware and small appliances are from Pampered Chef, including the coffee maker, waffle iron, indoor grill, panini press, bakeware, and pots and pans—all labeled and thoughtfully organized.One of our favorite features was the elevator, which made unloading and loading a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with luxurious bedding that made every night feel like a stay at a high-end resort.For outdoor fun, the owners went above and beyond: cornhole, footballs, frisbees, kites, kayaks—even a surfboard! Tons of beach chairs, a sunshade, and beach towels are also provided. There are games and toys for all ages, making it a perfect home for families or groups.The decks are beautifully furnished with comfortable seating, and there’s a grill and fire pit for evening relaxation. Parking is plentiful, with space for six cars, and the outdoor shower was a hit after beach days.This is hands-down the best rental we’ve ever had—and we’ve already made plans to book again next year. Whether you’re cooking at home or exploring the local dining scene, this house is ideal.If you’re up for cooking, the kitchen has everything. If you’d rather eat out, there are several great restaurants just a short walk away. For a special dinner, Salt 64 (about a mile or two drive) was so good we went back two nights in a row! And just six miles away is charming Southport, with amazing local art, shops, and more dining options.A huge shoutout to the property manager, Brian, who went above and beyond in every way. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind—sending great recommendations and answering all of our (many!) questions. His communication was top-notch. The owners made a fantastic choice in selecting him to manage this home. He truly cares about your experience.Look no further! Don’t hesitate! Book this property—you will not regret it.Just bring your clothes… they’ve taken care of everything else.

Run Oak Island & Valentine Weekend Stay

We had a fabulous stay! The house was incredibly clean! It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. We had a 10-month-old baby, and there were toys, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and everything you need for the baby on site. We hope to stay again in the future! Great place to stay and we highly recommend it.
