A full-size barbecue is there for your festive meals.
Table football, ping-pong table, board games, books are available for leisure on site.

To simplify, autonomous arrival is possible and you can park your vehicles in the courtyard closed by electric gate without worries.
Convenient access, 8 km from the A10 motorway, you will be quiet for a magnificent moment of relaxation.

Description of the accommodation
"CAP-LES ENGREFFIÈRES" is a charming villa in the Touraine countryside.

You have at your disposal 270m2 of living space and 200m2 of terrace.
The large heated swimming pool (11.5 x4.5) allows you to have fun.
The terrace is furnished and has a lounge, tables and chairs, deckchairs and colourful umbrellas.

On the first floor, the living room opens with a convivial dining room, you can configure your table in square or rectangle depending on the number of guests, knowing that we have planned everything for 15 people.

A relaxing living room with a leather sofa invites you to laze around.
A veranda lounge with its many seats welcomes you for aperitifs and other convivialities.

The table football in the room will give rise to many tournaments and other team challenges.

The complete kitchen, bright and practical, with all its equipment (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, nespresso, fridge/freezer ....)

Note: you will also have another fridge/freezer in the basement to store your groceries.

THE ROOMS AND SUITES:
6 rooms, each with their own atmosphere, are at your disposal to accommodate a maximum of 15 guests. A folding cot for baby can also be provided.

ZEN SUITE (green-brown-rope): 1 double bed 160x200 + 2 small beds 90x200 with its private bathroom + dressing room

ETHNIC SUITE (Red-grey-black-turquoise): 1 double bed 160x200 + 2 small beds 90x200 with its private bathroom + dressing room

CLASSIC SUITE (Cherry wood - navy-orange-rope) - 1 bed 140x200 - 1 sofa BZ 140x190 - 1 small bed 90x200 with its private bathroom + wardrobe and storage

LIVING ROOM (red-white-black): 1 sofa BZ 140x190 – wardrobe – This room on the first floor welcomes travelers (young or old!) who also want to isolate themselves to watch a movie quietly....

LARGE NAVY BEDROOM (blue-white-yellow): 1 double bed 160x200 which can be transformed into 2 small beds of 80x200

SMALL NAVY ROOM (blue-white-turquoise): 1 bed 140x200 + dresser and wardrobe

NOTE: the 2 "MARINE" bedrooms share a large bathroom – bath – double sinks and WC.

Departure times: for a weekend booking, it will be possible to leave on
Sunday in the middle or late afternoon.
WIFI and free TV box included in the price
Cleaning is flat rate and included in the price (150€)
Bed, table and towels are provided and included in the basic price (230€)
but can be refunded if you bring your own laundry
A deposit of 500 euros is requested and returned at the end of the stay if everything is OK.
