THE ACCOMMODATION

The property is located in the center of Vouvray, surrounded by other homes. The owners wished to preserve it because they are very attached to it. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

It includes a loft, an apartment, and two outdoor spaces:

A 370 m² loft with 10 beds, including:
On the ground floor
- 1 large entrance hall and storage area
- 1 very large living area: living room (with video projector), dining area, bar (with wine cellar), billiards and foosball areas
- 1 large equipped kitchen with utility room: induction hob, oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator and large refrigerator, coffee machines, kettle, multi-function food processor, washing machine, and dryer
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be combined to form a 160x200 cm bed)
- 1 outdoor area (575 m²) with a private heated swimming pool (6.5x4.2 m), generally open from early May to late September (depending on weather conditions), a plancha grill, dining area, and lounge area. - 1 courtyard with the entrances to the loft and the apartment

On the first floor
- 1 master suite with bathroom and dressing room (queen-size bed)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200) (can be joined to form a double bed), with an adjoining bathroom shared with the next bedroom
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (queen-size bed), with an adjoining bathroom shared with the previous bedroom
- 1 bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (queen-size bed)
- All bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning

A 60 m² apartment with 6 beds, fully air-conditioned, including two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator), and a Living room (140 cm sofa bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire property is at your disposal.
The town of Vouvray is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central location for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux and vineyards. The nearest châteaux are 15 minutes away.
You can park your vehicles free of charge in the parking lot opposite, as well as two cars in the courtyard.

OTHER NOTES
The rate includes sheets and beds made upon arrival, towels, and cleaning upon departure. Pool towels are not provided.
A small grocery store, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies are available to help you begin your stay.
Check-in and key collection are by prior appointment, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m.
