Living areas
Set across three levels, this five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The main living level opens to sweeping water views and a wide balcony that stretches along the home. Inside, generous seating invites you to relax or gather around the HDTV with streaming TV, no cable. Wifi is available throughout, and a separate bonus room with a desk provides a dedicated workspace for focused tasks.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a functional layout with full-size appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. A breakfast bar creates a casual place to sit, while two dining tables allow everyone to come together. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or sharing an evening meal, the layout makes it easy to stay connected.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across upper and lower levels for added privacy. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open directly to the balcony. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a hallway bathroom.

The bottom floor includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The king bedroom does not lead out onto the back deck. The bunk room includes 2 sets of bunk beds, a small wrap around couch, coffee table, TV, and some misc. games - all within the same room, creating a flexible space for both lounging and sleeping. The bunk room also does not lead out to the back deck. The full bathroom on this level features a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean, offering convenient outside access.

Outdoor living
Multiple balconies and a beachfront deck provide inviting places to take in the coastal setting year-round. A private path leads directly from the deck to the beach, making it easy to step out for a walk along the shoreline. Beach essentials are provided for your stay, including beach towels and chairs.

Additional amenities
The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, washer, dryer, kitchen, dining table, bathtub, hair dryer, essentials, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, private entrance, and self check-in with keypad. Free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - ensures convenient arrivals and departures.
