Living spaces
Spread across three levels, the home offers an oceanfront layout designed for gathering and relaxing. The main living area opens to a wide balcony with water views, while comfortable seating and an HDTV create a natural place to recharge. A bonus room with a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for reading or focused tasks, supported by wifi throughout the home.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is arranged for shared meals, with full-size appliances and room for multiple people to cook at once. A breakfast bar and two dining tables allow everyone to stay connected during meals, and barbecue utensils are available for use with the grill. Ocean views remain part of the experience as you prepare and enjoy food together.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests across the upper and lower levels. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open to the balcony, including a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a hallway bath. The ground floor includes another king bedroom and a large bunkroom with two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, a wraparound sofa, a coffee table, a large TV, and games. A full bathroom on this level offers direct access to the outdoor deck and beach path.

Outdoor living
Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck create opportunities to enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day. A private path leads directly to the shoreline, making it easy to move between the indoors and the sand. Beach essentials are provided for time outside.

Amenities and conveniences
Washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and self check-in via keypad support a comfortable stay. The home includes a private entrance and free driveway parking for up to three vehicles, along with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Streaming TV is available on the HDTV. Sorry, no pets.
