Welcome to The Great Escape! This oceanfront gem is located in the heart of beautiful, quiet and serene Ponte Vedra Beach. The house boasts 3 story beach living with amazing window and deck views and outdoor spaces, sleeps 8 and has been completely renovated from the ground up! Our Beautiful Beach House is nestled on a secluded stretch of beach that has no public parking or access nearby and is only 8 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine, just minutes from shopping, dining and the best tourist attractions.
The home has a newly remodeled, studio, mother-in-law suite on the first floor with its own private entrance, private kitchen, bathroom, sleeping space with king bed, living room, 55` smart tv, laundry and outdoor space.
The second story (the main living area) has amazing deck space overlooking Ponte Vedra Beach and the ocean and outdoor dining and grill that overlooks the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. The main living area has an open floor plan with lots of sunlight, window views, eat-in kitchen and living room. The main level master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft on the third floor has two addition twin beds for the comfort of your family and friends. Each bedroom has its own smart tv and clothing storage.
The house sits just across from the Guana Ocean Environmental Reserve where you can hike, jog, kayak, and bike while surrounded by protected wildlife. More than 3,800 sea turtles hatch on Ponte Vedra Beach each year, and the Guana Reserve works hard to protect the wildlife that`s right outside our door! Outside on the property, enjoy visiting on the large balcony that includes a charcoal grill, a picnic table for beachside cookouts, reclining lounge chairs around the firepit for relaxing, and the perfect hammock for an afternoon siesta by the sea. This section of beach offers a lot of privacy, sounds and views of breaking waves, amazing seashells and some of the best surf fishing around, so bring your poles and catch dinner! In the evening enjoy the firepit while kicking back in the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the cool ocean breeze with a bottle of wine. Beach chairs and beach games are also provided! 1. Quiet hours in town limits are from 9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and are enforced.
2. Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the house. If you are smoking outside, all cigarette butts, must be disposed of properly and not left on the ground. Please return all outside furniture if moved, to the original location.
3. Maintain cleanliness at all times. Do not move furniture from its original location.
4. Maximum of two dogs per reservation, and the pet fee must be paid at the time of booking. No pets on furniture/beds.
5. Special events or gatherings/parties are not permitted during your stay. We must be made aware of the number of guests that will be staying and cannot exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Visitors are limited to two hours each day, not during overnight hours. No parking on the street please.

Checkout Procedures:
1. Please do your best to leave the house in good condition for the housekeepers. They very often have a limited amount of time to get the house clean and sanitized prior to the arrival of the next guest.
2. Remove ALL food and trash from the house. Place trash in the garbage bins provided for you and take to the end of the driveway to be picked up by the public waste management department (Garbage is Monday) Bring all bins back up to house after pick-up.
3. Start the dishwasher.
4. Gather all used bath linens and place in the bathtub.
5. Make sure thermostat is set 70 degrees, close all windows, and lock all doors.
