No car space is included with this apartment, however there is paid parking on B1 in the carpark. Parking is $34 per 24 hours (as at 19 April 2025) and you are able to come and go as you please.

Keys are collected from the Friendly Grocer in Broadbeach which is a 7 min walk from your apartment.

Open from 6am to 11pm 7 days a week. Check-in outside of these times is not available.
Other things to note
Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.
Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement. Please review the rental agreement. If you do not agree with the Rental Agreement and House Rules, please cancel the booking.
This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities. The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for!

Many holiday apartments are privately owned, so the difference between two similar rooms in the same building can be significant and we all know the website photos will only show the best apartment!
