Room to move.
Set over a single level, this apartment features three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder room- making it ideal for couples, families or groups. The first has a king bed, the second a queen and third bedroom has two king singles.

Interiors.
This stylish and well-equipped apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and indulgent holiday, including air-conditioning to the living room and each bedroom, ceiling fans, a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes dryer and a full oven. As well as a complimentary buggy, you also receive a Hamilton Island starter pack upon arrival.

Kitchen.
A well-equipped, open plan kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
As a guest of Oasis 11, you have access to the complex's shared pool, which is framed by tropical palms and offers views over the ocean.

Outdoor space.
Make the most of Hamilton Island's beautiful weather by relaxing on your covered outdoor balcony. This includes a BBQ and a large outdoor table that can seat up to six people.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
