Whether you're whipping up breakfast or entertaining at sunset, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need—custom wood cabinetry, built-in microwave and oven, a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and even an espresso machine for your inner barista. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably, and bar seating for three at the center island.  Go out to the shaded patio to fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco with a red rock backdrop.

The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids and friends with two full-size beds, playful boho décor, and cozy throws. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the guest bedrooms, and a convenient half-bath is located off the main living space. Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

This is a gorgeous, spacious, well cared for and thoughtfully decorated property. We came for a girl’s trip and loved the space! The location was great, grocery store just down the road, quiet neighborhood with nearby hike and stupa peace park. It was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and close to everything. They were great about check in and responded quickly when I asked about early check in (they let us in over 2 hours early!) My only slight complaint is that I tried to text the person that had texted me about any issues we might encounter and she never got back to me. The “issue” was super minor, so I never followed up further.

Pulling up to Thunder Mountain adobe-style home, we felt like we were about to step into a desert hideaway adventure. The place was super easy to find and looked so welcoming from the start. Inside, we immediately spotted fun little surprises everywhere, elegant decor and clever touches that made us smile. Sure, it was a bit dark at first (shades down!), but flipping on the lights was a breeze thanks to the clearly labeled switches (there were a lot, and we appreciated the help!). Every room was spotless and had its own classic vibe, and when we finally opened the shades in the living room, the mountain view totally wowed us. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were set up perfectly for hanging out, cooking, or just relaxing. And the main suite’s king-size adjustable bed? Honestly, it was so comfy we joked about never wanting to get up!The outdoor areas of the house were all engaging, from the hot tub to the small pool, to the outdoor covered patio, and two fire pits. The outdoor dining area was located in front of the house, featuring a large seating space with a fire pit.We experienced a frustrating issue with the hot tub and pool. The chemical balance in the water was off, making the pool unusable for most of our stay. This could have been avoided by properly utilizing the system as designed. The pool technician clearly explained this to us when he was sent to address the chlorine issue.

Thank you so much for such kind words about the property and we are so glad that you enjoyed it. I do want to clarify the issue with the balancing of the chemicals and the system. The pool technician is the one fully responsible for using the system correctly and properly disbursing chemicals for the pool. This is why they are hired. They are the professionals, not the fault of the property management company. Even though, they made the mistake, the owner and the property Management, took the fault and absolutely agreed that a refund should be given to you the guest. Which we did. With all that being said, we have taken corrective action and have switched pool companies. That last thing we ever want is for a guest to have any kind of negative experience while staying at our property. Sometimes things are out of our control, but we always will do everything we can to make things right.
