Situated on an elevated site in the older, established part of Beacon Point Road – 15 minute walk to town and five minutes to the lake – our modest renovated 1980s holiday home offers a sun-filled living area with fantastic lake and mountain views, three bedrooms, a separate rumpus room, decks and lawns front and back, and plenty of parking too.

Requirements:
Minimum of three nights. Maximum of eight guests. Families preferred.
The daily fee is inclusive of utilities, linen, towels, and firewood.
Guests are asked to ‘leave as found’ with respect to the staples provided.
There is a post-stay cleaning fee of $200 plus carpet cleaning if this is required.

There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property which overlook the front and back entrances providing additional security during your stay.
