We had such an amazing time, it was perfect for what we wanted. Direct access to the water with use of the paddle boards, kayaks, water mat and even the dock. The cabin was clean and nice, we felt very comfortable there. The owner had everything you could think of inside and outside the cabin to make our mini vacation perfect. She was easy to communicate with and gave us some ideas of things to do in the area! AWESOME experience for our family!!!

Cabin has everything that you need. Julie is a very gracious host who leaves a lot of little things around to make the camp feel like your own. The location is perfect. Minutes from the highway but totally private. A large grocery store is located about 3 miles away in the quaint village of Warner. We had a very nice stay.

This is an amazing property and Julie is a top-tier host. Communication was timely, clear, and extremely helpful. The house itself is literally right on the lake facing East, so in the morning you get an amazing sunrise. The provided kayaks, paddle boards, swimming dock, and fishing equipment were great and we used them during our entire stay. We made dinner over the fire pit and on the gas grill at night, and when we needed groceries there were several options less than 10 minutes away. The property is very well stocked and so peaceful. We were a group of four (with two teens) and the sleeping arrangements were great. Best of all, we brought our dog and paddle boarded around the lake with her and hiked Mt Kearsarge. 10/10 stay!!

We had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Julie, the host, provides you with everything you need and then some. The whole cottage is super clean. Even for your pup, the only thing you need to bring is their food, and your food! My son fished every day a few times a day and caught quite a few large mouth bass. I even got in a lot of exercise between the paddle board and the kayak! If your looking for a nice quite, relaxing stay, this is your place!

We loved everything about our stay. The house had so many nice touches, was very clean, and the hostess Julie went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being right on the pond. The dogs went swimming every day, and we loved kayaking around the pond. It was very peaceful and quiet and just what I needed to unwind and relax.

Perfect location for our time in New Hampshire. Time on the water was great for the whole family. I think our 16 year old and dog were there for about 10 minutes before diving in. So many close (approx 30 minute drive) opportunities to hike. Julie was very communicative and all of her special touches make the cabin feel so homey. Enjoyed grabbing a few meals in Warner.

Great oasis on a clean quiet lake. Kitchen set up well for cooking, nice dining area and inviting living space. 2 private bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Back porch has good gas grill. The real highlight was the yard with a large wrought iron fire pit and seating overlooking the lake and literally only 3 cars a day drove down the road. The variety of boats available for easy renter use was icing on the cake!
