Welcome to unit #309, a bright and cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor of Madeira Bay II! This charming unit features a tropical-inspired décor and a private balcony with seating off the living room, perfect for enjoying the fresh Gulf breeze. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is stocked with bakeware, cookware, utensils, and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining table provides a great space for meals, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter.
