Was close to beach, 3-1/2 blocks to grocery and liquor store made that convenient if didn’t have a car; we rented #1 but were given #3 so cannot make any comment on interior

We loved our stay, the little patio and location. The place definitely needed cleaned better; the floors were filthy. The back door needs replaced and needs new living room furniture. Overall we enjoyed being so close to the beach and all over the wonderful people that stayed by us! We would stay again for sure!

A delightful stay...

Great place, great location. Doc was a wonderful host. The beach in this area offers a good degree of privacy, long walks, bike rides, etc. The condo had everything I needed and was very comfortable. If you are considering staying here, just book it. I come to the area frequently and I will be returning to the "Jewel by the Sea."

Misleading

Long story. From trying to modify the check in date to finding the place uninhabitable, sums it up. Came in days early off the books and paid cash. Place hadn't been dusted in year. ceiling fans caked with dust. Light over table could scoop the dust out. The back door jam was a mess and could barely lock. Owner said "it's sensitive." The bed was so tight against the wall you had to crawl over the front. The mattress was on a bed of floor tiles over the box spring. We left before the VRBO rental started. Called them to no avail. Asked the owner to refund the VRBO portion and did not respond. Pursuing legal action against owner. Go to Google reviews on Sunglow Properties and see the real deal.

Excellent property

Everything matched the description of property upon arrival. Communication was great with Doc and he kept us updated with weather alerts also! He checked in with us on numerous occasions make sure everything was good or if we needed anything further! Highly suggest this property and hope to return with family next time. This was for our honeymoon

Property was very convenient to the beautiful beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and other shopping. Had some difficulty connecting with the manager to get check-in information, which wasn’t automatically provided with the rental agreement/notification.

Can't wait to return!

Sunglow Seaside is amazing & I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to stay. Doc is the owner and he's very nice. It's just steps to the beach and people are so friendly here. I love it. The condo is beautiful - I love Doc's decorating! For me this condo is an awesome vibe. There's so much to do around here that's walking distance. I could go on and on. I'm in my happy place for sure, I could stay forever! Really wish I could. The service is very good (I had to call doc at 1 am 😂 he's so nice) #SaveTheTurtles 🐢🏖

SunGlow.

If your looking for a clean, no frills place to stay that is 50 yards from the beach this is the place. A grocery store is within walking distance to get groceries. I did not have a car and there wasn’t much for eating places with in a short walk although there were places that delivered. Doc is friendly as well as the other guests that were there. The down side is that he did not send my room number and the code to get in before I arrived.

Enjoyable Stay

Property was close to the beach and though it was small, it was clean and well equipped. The entire facility was very comfortable. My wife and I would definitely return if we return to the area.

A week in "warm, sunny" Florida

Sunglow has been the ideal place for me within walking distance of family renting nearby and the beach. There are neighborhoods nearby for pleasant walks with my small dog. My unit was clean and comfortable and and staff was responsive to any questions or requests I had. I will recommend it to anyone traveling to St. Pete Beach!

It’s just a short minutes scenic walk along beautiful Gulf Blvd to Wynn Dixie grocery store, dress&gift shops, hair salons , beachy restaurants /beach bars or the World’s Famous John’s Pass waterfront Boardwalk. The popular beach trolley stops out front and is a must scenic ride along the scenic Blvd to Clearwater Beach or St.Petersburg Beach at the other end. A 1 day pass is just $2.00. Guests and friends always enjoy the barbeque cookout, under the palm trees, at Sunglow.
