Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a casual seaside bistro, an all-day café, and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Just Beachy is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Just Beachy the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. Reviewer Comments: Great resort - get layout - well maintained properties and landscape facilities - safe, convenient and clean - super restaurant venues - great recreation facilities for both adults and families - only drawback was the beach/coast area as it was entrenched with sea weed and debris (which we understand is maintained by the City of Port Aransas). Suggest Cinnamon Shore Rentals, LLC coordinate or agreement a program to improve the situation with the beach area so as to attract those going to resorts in the FL Panhandle for pristine beaches.

Great condo. Parking was plentiful, kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The only issue was using the washer/dryer. The breaker would trip every time we were trying to use. We notified maintenance, and they were very quick to respond.

Reviewer Comments: The only problems we had was the primary bedroom has windows without coverings up high and the sun and street lights come in and it’s hard to sleep. I didn’t like how you had to go to the rental office to get a real key. Never had to do that at a rental. Kind of a waste of time!!
