Wonderful Property in the Beautiful Northwoods

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family couldn't be happier with our stay at Lost Paradise. This beautifully decorated home on Lost Lake had everything our family needed for the perfect week away. The home is clean and well equipped. The property is beautiful and well maintained. And Kathy and Kate at Stepaway Vacation Rentals were the most professional and kindest to work with from beginning to end. Highly recommend the property and company!!

We just checked out today and loved our time at Lost Lake. The property was very clean. Had a minor miscommunication with the host and it was handled ASAP and appropriately. Was very nice to have our boat 3 stairs and 75’ from where we slept for a couple of days. Fishing on the Lake was excellent even the first week of Aug.

Love, love, love this property! It is everything we were looking for. SOOOOOO clean and accommodating. It was great getting up in the morning and having coffee on the deck. Plenty of sitting places for all of us. Inside and out.We rented a pontoon boat locally, and it was delivered right to the boat ramp for us. Convenient! The dock was just steps away from the cabin. Nice and easy to go out fishing, tubing, or just a nice quiet boat ride. No big deal, but you had to bring your own bath towels. Would have been nice to have some aluminum foil for plastic wrap in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was great!!!Highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Lost Lake Cabin. The cabin was very clean and the accommodations comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and pots and pans you could need. We were able to park our boat at the dock which was very convenient. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well!!

Wonderful cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kathy is by far the best person we have ever rented from. We rent yearly up north and have never had such an easy, friendly experience. Will definitely rent from Stepaway Vacations again. This cabin was clean,quiet and on a level private lot, and nicely decorated. For a larger family the cons would be the bedroom layouts, and 1 bath (we knew it had 1 bath so that is on us). Perfect for a small family with children. We had more adults than children. One more bedroom should have another full size mattress. Id rent this place again if the bedroom layout was different. The owner should also update the kitchen utensils;) We made it work without a spatula tho. We still had an amazing time swimming and fishing. Beautiful St. Germain and beautiful lake.Didn't catch much but had fun trying;) Oh!! The lot is absolutely perfect with sand bottom for swimming too. We did rent an awesome pontoon from Stepaway along with bringing our own boat. We will definitely go through Stepaway for next year, just need to find something a tad bigger :) Id recommend this cabin for a family with children for sure. Thank you Kathy!! We had a great time.
